Ronnie was polite and caring and there was a nice follow up after service that was unexpected. I would consider FC Locksmith again because of the personal service I received.

I have a high security multipoint lock on my front door that wasn't working properly because the plates weren't aligned and too small. Furthermore, the house was new so the casing for the door has shifted over time which causes the alignment to be sticky, adding pressure to the lock and difficult to latch. I called another locksmith who ended up being useless - told me I need to install a whole new door set and frame! I called FC Locksmiths and Andre returned my call. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He showed up and fixed the problem in less than an hour with a few adjustments and modifications to the door frame. Everything went smooth. I am usually cynical of most trades (be it plumbing, electrical, or repairs in general) because they all seem to be focused on up selling and trying to get you to spend more than you need to for the situation. They use scare tactics and tell you what additional services or products you need for preventative maintenance. I liked Andre because he did none of this, he came over, told me honestly what needs to be done and did it efficiently. I have no complaints and would use him and this company again. It is good to know there are some technicians out there who look after customer service, instead of their own pocketbook with selling more than what is required to clients.

I talked to a nice woman at the company and got a quote for a service call and the cost of rekeying a lock. Amazingly,within two hours, the technician was at my door. Unfortunately, when the technician removed the pieces, he said that it was not a type of lock that could be rekeyed. He offered me two products instead to replace the lock: one that would cost $270 and one that would cost $150. I went with the cheaper of the two expensive choices and it took the technician about two minutes to attach it to the door. However, because he could see that I, as a retiree, was concerned about the cost, as he wrote up the bill, he reduced the fee. I called the company back to inquire about the pricing. The woman told me that the technician decides what is necessary and what to charge based on the situation. I was pleasantly surprised later to receive a call from the owner, Ronnie, who wanted to answer any other questions that I might have and to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience with his company.

I really like when technicians show zeal to help people in need fast. I have distinguished such a great attitude to the technicians of FC Locksmith. Apart from offering great locksmith services, all members of the company's staff are there to answer your questions, help you find good security locks and consult you about security matters. They have replaced a couple of locks at my house and their work was exceptional. I do appreciate such good customer service!

I called FC Locksmith at mid-day on a Sat to have 3 deadbolts changed on my house and by 6pm same day it was all done. The service provided by Alon was polite, professional, and very quick. He went out of his way to highlight issues with my locks and door mechanisms (including a stuck front door) and provided economical solutions to fix them. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the GTA looking for fast and reliable locksmith services.

I got locked out of my bedroom on a Friday night. The locksmith got the job done so I was happy... but the experience (e.g. customer service) was not great and I regretted calling this company within minutes of the arrival. The person who came made it very obvious he was annoyed by the fact that there was no closer parking to where I was (as in my own parking spot). When I suggested a parking spot half a block from my house he replied annoyed that he had to carry stuff to my house (which I didn't know). When he started backing up his car and I walked towards it to greet him, he completely ignore my greeting and kept going. At this point I was so annoyed by the attitude that I went inside the house and figured I could be okay being locked out of my bedroom. I just assumed he left since he didn't say a word to me but just kept driving. I guess he found parking and came directly into the house without knocking, when I showed him upstairs he didn't take the shoes off or asked if it was okay to come in with boots. As the door knob needed to be drilled, there was a bit of a mess left there. I didn't find this very professional but will leave it up to others to decide if a locksmith should clean up after their work or not. To top things off, I was given a specific rate when I called and I specifically asked if there was a difference if the person comes that night or the next day. I got confirmation that there is no difference and the price was the same whether drilling was needed or not. When the bill came up to more than what was agreed I commented that they should make it clear over the phone as the information was not accurate. Again, he was annoyed and responded that it was not true and that I was given the correct price which also included an after hours service call. I was okay paying what I was billed because it was still fair market value. However, I did not appreciate the implication I was not truthful. I was not challenging the price but rather the lack of clarify for future customers. After specifying this, the locksmith changed his tune. He became more pleasant and it was okay at the end. To be fair, he did remind me that he had specified the different prices when he just arrived but I must admit I didn't understand him and I did not ask him to repeat it because I was already annoyed by his attitude. It would still not made it okay that the person over the phone provided me with the wrong information but at least the paying part would have been faster. Hopefully I will not be locked out anymore but if I am, I am not calling these guys. I value customer service as well as the actual job done and this company fell short on the service part.

FC Locksmith is the best and fastest! I just don't have words to thank these techs enough! My first experience was when I was locked out of my house and they came over for house lockout service. What can I say! They picked on the lock and let me in, replaced the missing key and ensured the door was secured all in just minutes. One minute I was locked out and the next I had waved goodbye to the techs. As for their behavior, they were more than excellent. The best of all locksmith companies!

During the last year I had several problems with my home door locks. One time the lock mechanism of the front door was pretty damaged and I had to have the locks replaced. Another time there was a problem with the strike plate and had to be fixed right away. Anyway, in all occasions the technicians of FC Locksmith came immediately and fixed the problem at once. The best part was that they finished the locksmith service quickly as well and with the best specifications.

FC Locksmith has excellent teams and I know that because they had helped me with my home door locks a couple of times. When I needed to make changes in the security of my office, I called them again. I can honestly say that the knowledge of the techs upon office locksmith solutions is excellent. They were a big help and the results were much better than I anticipated. I truly thank them!

It's not only that the techs of FC Locksmith say “good morning” and “good evening” but their overall behavior is perfect. For starters, they show respect to the clients and their needs. They pay attention when you speak, come on time and are organized. This means that they offer locksmith services at once and it doesn't take them two or three times to come back and forward to complete lock replacement. They are always polite and very discreet.
