    Excellent pros for quick office locksmith

    The panic bar of our office emergency exit needed some repairs and so did some main office door locks. So, we called FC Locksmith ready to make an appointment. We didn't have to. The techs were in our office in 1 hour. They said that such problems must be solved immediately and they solved them. It took them nearly half an hour, may be less. I liked that they looked around to check other problems. Their locksmith service was very professional!

    Super helpful technicians

    The professionalism of every single member of the FC Locksmith staff is amazing! I noticed that when we were searching for security locks solutions and both my husband and I got very confused. The willingness of the techs to come and check our home door locks and make suggestions was immediate. Plus, their ideas were excellent. Of course, they came over to install them as well. They have excellent lock installation skills!

    Quick apartment lockout service

    With its speed FC Locksmith is a life savior! I drove to my mother's house for the weekend but she wouldn't open the door. I called and called repeatedly and finally I had to call the FC techs to come and open the door. My mother had lost consciousness and we found her on the floor. Thanks to the quick arrival of these lockout service experts my mother is alright now. I don't know what I would have done without them!

    Lost key/unlock door

    Locked door. Technician suggested replacing the lock and making new keys with smart key feature. Sold us spare keys to use. Wrong advice since the lock broke after following their advice. Follow up call s to manager/owner- he was very rude. Vet poor treatment of female customer. Very sad!! Don't hire them...........took advantage of a panicked customer with lost keys. Pathetic, rude and very unprofessional follow up service.

    The review above was written by the husband that was not present at the situation. (his wife was there) The original call was an emergency lock out , that was performed in a timely matter. Once unlocking the lock a new lock was chosen by the customer out of several options. extra keys were sold followed by costumer's request. the lock chosen has a specific option which was explained to the costumer how to operate. costumer failed to operate the function explained and broke the new lock installed. we sent another technician to help and correct the problem but explained that since the customer had broken the lock they would have to purchase a new lock. Please note that we stand behind our work and will go back to our customers and change a defective lock for no extra charge. A big part of our business is accommodating emergency calls and we by NO means take advantage of our customers! The customer had several options and was free to decide according to her preference the lock to be installed. We regret that this situation had come to this and value our customers and their business.

    Professional locks company

    I wanted some information about the new locks and electronic keyless dead bolts because I wasn't sure that what I could find in the web was precise. I arranged a meeting with FC Locksmith and truthfully the staff was extremely helpful. They gave me full information and some hints about the best door locks without promoting specific companies. They were very discreet in their manners and tremendously polite. Later on I called them for lock installation as well and their job was awesome!

    Do you need help to choose locks?

    If you want to get new door locks, you should call FC Locksmith for assistance. There are many choices lately and the staff of this awesome locksmith company can be very helpful. When I needed new security door locks, they gave me their opinion and checked my house, too. They gave me pros and cons without favoring any particular brands. They also came for lock installation and their technical skills are also awesome!

    new locks installation

    I have worked with other locksmith companies before, and I never found them to be that personable. They always came in and did the job, but I got the vibe that the workers wished that they were someone else. This was not the case with FC Locksmith. They were very friendly and nice the entire time and I really felt like they cared that I was happy with the job.

    high security locks

    FC Locksmith restored my sense of security after my small business office was broken into. With their around the clock support, I was able to get a professional locksmith out to my property quickly. FC Locksmith provided me with high security locks for all the entrances to my office. I appreciate their quick response and their superior customer service.

    unluck car door

    When my daughter called me crying because she had locked herself out of her car, I told her to calm down and gave her the number for FC Locksmith. She was back home within an hour. I have used their services before, and I have always been pleased with their professionalism and promptness. Their rates are also very reasonable.

    locks change in my business

    My business was recently broken into, and I wanted to get all of the locks changed. Nothing was missing, but knowing that someone else was inside did not make me or the staff feel comfortable. FC Locksmith sent their well-trained technicians over and they did a great job putting in a whole new set of locks on all the doors.
