    Excellent work and customer service

    From the moment Shawn did his thorough consultation we felt comfortable with Aquatech. Shawn went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with what was a complicated situation. Igor and Richard did an amazing job are highly knowledgable and very hardworking and polite and you would never know we'd had work done. Most importantly the basement is dry.

    Foundation water leak repaired

    We had a minor water leak damaging the interior finished walls in our family room. Eugene inspected the home, gave us a quote and yesterday, an amazing team came out to locate and repair the fault. They worked tirelessly, digging down 9½ feet to expose the foundation, found and fixed the crack, covered the entire surface with various layers of protective and waterproof membranes, replaced everything, including plants, and when they were done, the area looked exactly as it did before they began. High-quality work, a fair price, and all done as scheduled. This is an excellent company to work with.

    Exterior Waterproofing/Sump Pump

    We reached out to Shawn and he came to see us a few days later on Sept 28th. My Husband & I were very impressed with Shawn's honesty and his knowledge. Shawn was hands on and did water tests as well as checking behind drywall in our basement to see if we had any water damage. Igor and Vasile were amazing. They worked extremely hard for 2 days straight to get the job complete. We would highly recommend the Team at Aquatech.

    Checked basement crawl space for leakage

    Shawn from Aqua Tech Waterproofing was punctual and extremely kind and helpful. He gave my wife and I all the information we needed. I would highly recommend Shawn and Aqua Tech to anyone and if we have issues in the future, we will be calling them again.

    Waterproofing of basement

    Our basement had the occasional leaks whenever there was a big rain storm, so we decided to hire a waterproofing company. We had few quotes and we eventually selected Aqua Tech based on their high reviews here, but also their quote was reasonable (not the lowest) and earlier availability than most. They came and completed the project right on time and right on budget It's been a year now since they finished the project and we hadn't had a leak since then

    Waterproofing

    I'm extremely pleased with the service I received from Andrew and the Aquatech team. They were very knowledgeable, understanding, and professional throughout the entire project and post project support. It's rare to find a company with such great customer service. I would use Aquatech again and would feel confident to recommend Aquatech to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for waterproofing work.

    Basement Leak

    My basement was leaking in 2 different locations. Larry was honest, on time, and gave me the proper quote. It took 2 days for the exterior repair to complete last year in October 2020. The two technicians were working so hard to get the job done properly. This was NOT an easy job as they need to hand dig 6-7 feet deep and did the repair from outside. I did not do the review until a year later (October 2021). We have many heavy rains throughout the past year and there is no leak. I am very happy with the Aquatech service. Thank you so much ! Ken

    Foundation crack

    Nico was very informative when doing the initial assessment, answering all my questions and providing a fair quote. The repair job looks good. The guys had some minor trouble when digging and damaged the Rogers cable causing us to lose internet for a little while but they hurried to Home Depot to pick up parts to repair that and were apologetic. They also weren't able to save the one shrub I had asked to save, explaining that the roots were too deep although that didn't necessarily appear to be the case. They cleaned up well when all done and overall positive experience.

    Exterior leak from foundation rod holes

    Nick came to assess the basement leak issue and quoted the waterproofing work. His guess of the problem was accurate. Igor and Michael came and did a thorough job, digging 8ft cross and 6ft deep. They were very professional and completed the complete waterproofing work in one day, including cleanup. There is no way I should have a leak at that location for at least 25 years (warranty). These guys are very good.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    We had some step cracks in our foundation and wanted it repaired and waterproofed before it became an issue. AquaTech came and provided a quote and explained the process fully. Igor (Jack) performed the job and he was awesome! He dug a 14ft wide space by 10 feet deep and was very careful with where he put all the dirt. He worked safely and carefully and cleaned up the area fully when he was done. We saw most of various steps involved and were very impressed with his work. Thanks for all the hard work. We hope we don't have issues but if we do, Aqua Tech is the only company we will call
