    Interior Basement Waterproofing

    Aqua Tech completed the interior waterproofing of our bungalow basement 2 days ago (24 feet by 50 feet). We've had numerous contractors in to do work on our Scarborough bungalow over the past two years, and Aqua Tech was by far the best experience we've had. We worked with Domenic on the initial assessment, and the crew chief Andrew took over from there. Over five days the team did their work with no disruption to my wife and I working from home most of those days. More than anything else, we were impressed with three things: 1. They did what they promised without issue 2. The service ethic of the entire team, top to bottom, was consistent. It was very clear they put the customer experience first 3. They consistently, proactively identified items that were OUTSIDE their scope, and fixed them at no cost. For example, they noticed our dryer was vented wrong and they fixed it. We found unexpected holes in the basement wall - they patched them professionally. They were concerned we might have some sewer damage, so they put in a camera and asked us to view with them just to make sure. And they removed some old plumbing that was in the way. All of that was done without any fuss. Finally, they got the little details right. They were courteous, cleaned up at the end of every day, and answered any questions without hesitation. Many of us assume these somewhat larger companies are just pumping the volume. We got quotes from six well known companies, Aqua Tech had a competitive quote, demonstrated the best understanding of what we wanted to do, and demonstrated right to the end of the job that they wanted to get it right.

    Basement leak

    Today I had the pleasure of meeting Domenic from Aquatech to discuss a leak in my basement. I found Domenic's honesty and professionalism to be awesome. This is a company that I would gladly recommend to everyone.

    waterproofing

    A long time outstanding thanks to a team of professionals that were up to the task. The two days job was finished on time as promised. The stucco was not touched in any way shape or form, even if it was quite a pretty tide spot to work and our neighbor suffered very minimal disruption. The paving stones were restored as nothing happened and everything cleaned up nicely. After a few hard rains the floor in the basement is perfectly dry. Great job !!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you very much

    BASEMENT INTERNAL WATER PROOFING

    I am extremely happy with Aquatech Service. Nick was very informative and answered all my questions. His crew installed an internal weeping tile system,basement waterproofing and a new sump pump. Great job Nick and his team......................RAJI

    Foundation Waterproofing

    Nick from Aqua Tech was a pleasure to deal he took his time on explaining each and every step throughout the process he kept us updated on the scheduling as promised. the crew of three men where respectful of our property at all times and at the end of the job cleaned up and power wash the property after themselves I would highly recommend Aquatech waterproofing in the future.

    Exterior foundation waterproofing

    I had a similar job done at my previous house and there is no comparison between those guys and Aqua Tech in terms of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. They definitely aim to please. Hire with confidence.

    Basement waterproofing

    We were very happy with Andrew and his team. His quote was reasonable and he was great to deal with day to day. His team was on time, thorough and they cleaned the work site very well at the end of every day. I would highly recommend Aquatech for waterproofing.

    Basement Exterior Waterproofing

    We had received several quotes to do exterior waterproofing on our entire house. Nick’s quote, including a 25 year warranty, was the most reasonable and comprehensive. Nick seemed quite knowledgeable and confident about the work that needed to be done and took time to review all required information with us. His crew hand dug the entire perimeter of our house (including under our back deck), patched all the cracks in the foundation, did the waterproofing, installed new weeping tile, backfilled and cleaned up. The site team was extremely hard working, and knew their job well. The team was also very conscientious, punctual and made themselves available to answer any of our questions. Like his site team, Nick always made himself available by phone to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. At the end of the project, Nick even came and did a final walk through with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. Although it is too soon to know whether or not we will ever have water come into our basement again, I feel confident that the job was done properly, and trust that Aqua Tech Waterproofing stands behind their warranty. I would recommend them to anybody…and already have! Thank you Aqua Tech team!

    Cold Cellar Waterproofing

    Andrew and his crew did an excellent job waterproofing my cold cellar due to foundation leaking issues. The work crew ( Igor) was very knowledgeable and polite and took pride in their work. There was an issue after the fact and Andrew went out of his way to fix the problem himself and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. An excellent customer service company. I will definitely recommend Aquatech to anyone needing waterproofing for their home.

    Sump Pump Installation

    Excellent service from beginning to end. Dom was very personable and informative. The tech crew was quick and friendly and Andrew was very professional. The work is top-notch and everything was explained in detail. I would highly recommended them again. Thanks.
