Hi. I was saddened that I had to let you go as a customer yesterday. Throughout 23 years of dealing with you personally (as you'll recall, I actually installed your system myself), every phone call (and there have been several related to every service) has been about how we are not offering good service and how, given that you have been with us for so long, we are not giving adequate discounts (despite consistently offering you deep discounts). Our last conversations were about how you were going to find someone else to service your system because we are not offering discounts on top of discounts. While I have certainly appreciated your business, the cost of has been too high - not from a financial standpoint - but from the negative energy created. I do thank you for 23 years (it is a rarity and I do appreciate it) and I sincerely wish you the best.
