As a policy we include installation and tax in all of our quotes. It is also a policy that we never try to up-sell anything. If it doesn't fit the customer's needs then it shouldn't be sold. More money right now is not usually good long-term business. Ken is our head technician and he is also a pleasure to work with. He does take real pride in his work.
