    A highly recommended company that I am happy to recommend

    WATERMART came highly recommended to me by a colleague and I was not disappointed. Very detailed estimate that stayed accurate right to the end. All of my questions were answered quickly which was very helpful because we have not had a water softener before. No up selling and the water softener process was explained to us in great detail. After having had to replace several water appliances in the last two years I am looking forward to being able to keep appliances longer. I noticed the improved quality of the water immediately, especially with the washing machine and shower. When I had a silly question long after installation I received a call back very quickly from the owner. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this company.

    Water softener and water filter installations

    We installed water filters and water softener in our home. George was the BEST! He's so knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Watermart. It gives me comfort knowing my family, especially my baby and dog, are drinking clean purified water at all times.

    whole home and reverse osmosis system

    scheduling was prompt and technician George explained the installation well. i appreciated having a chiller installed for the reverse osmosis system. what could have been very complicated was made straightforward and easy. thank you

    Replacing a faulty control head for water filtration system

    I received my water bill a few weeks ago and it was almost five times my normal usage. After the plumber identified the water filter as the most likely culprit, I contacted WaterMart. The person answering my call quickly determined that a faulty control head in the water filter was the cause and immediately guided me over the phone to shut off the water filter. Dave, the owner, called me the next day to offer, without me even thinking about asking, to reimburse me the difference in the water bill compared to my normal usage for both the last and current billing cycles. He had also made arrangement for a new control head of a different make to be installed in two business days. Given that the manufacturer of the faulty control head refused to take responsibility for its product and I think (but not sure) that the warranty for my water filter had already expired, Dave could have easily told me that it was not his problem. Instead, he went above and beyond to promptly rectify the situation – at no cost to me - while he absorbed the costs of my extra water bill (about $1500), a new control head and the labor cost for the technician. These costs easily added up to or more than what I had paid for my water filter two years ago. Thanks so much, Dave. I really appreciate it.

    Filter Change

    Everyone was polite and very professional. From the start at the office with Allison. Then the technician Samir who did an awesome job with my filter change. He arrived on time and finished the job in great time.

    Reliable

    I have been a Watermart customer from almost when it opened for business in Thornhill, ON. Since then we have used Watermart for multiple homes, a cottage and most recently our office. In this case with a cooling unit and filtration system for drinking water, we've managed to replace the "Water Delivery" service with a far greener solution by avoiding the plastic containers and their delivery. After one year with our system our staff is most satisfied and loving the taste of our water. Our filters were just changed and as usual the service was professional and most courteous.

    New Water Filter Installation

    It was my first time doing business with Watermart. The booking process went smoothly, my questions were answered, different system options were given. The price was fair and the customer service was excellent. The installer Samir was extremely professional. He was on time, worked diligently, confirmed with me the work, the type of faucet I was choosing, he was very well mannered and left all the first time use instructions written for me. I highly recommend this company and if you can, request Samir!

    Water filter servicing

    My interactions with Watermart have been really positive. They come to clean and service my water filter once a year and everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and professional. When something goes wrong, they make a genuine effort to make it right.

    Water Filter

    George the technician came on time and was very knowledgeable . He was very pleasant and respectful. I felt comfortable being around him. I would recommend him and the company any day. Thanks George.

    Water filtration annual replacement

    Watermart continues to do a fantastic job for us. We have a full house water filtration system that removes solid sediment particles plus chlorine and chloramine. We also have a whole-house fluoride filter, and a UV filter for possible microbial contamination. This means that we have sparkling clean drinking water plus this amazing water running through all our sink and shower taps. We have been using Watermart for many years, always with complete satisfaction. Our latest annual filter replacement was done by George who did an absolutely great job - punctual, very pleasant. He really knows his stuff. He did a quick reassuringly neat job that left us 'good to go' for another year. We have been recommending Watermart for years, and hope to get George back again. Watermart's maintenance and administrative staff are simply the best.
