    Filter exchange

    The tech (Ken) was fast and polite. Not much more you can ask for! I'd recommend the company to others. Apparently I need another 10 words for the word count.

    Water softener and chlorine filter install

    Great customer service and correspondence from the very start. Top of the line equipment and super knowledgeable. Definite difference in water quality. Our installer George was super efficient, clean and responsive to all of our questions. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family! Thanks Watermart!!

    Yearly water filtration service call

    Watermart has been taking great care of my water filtration system for many years. I just had my yearly maintenance service done by Samir. He was on time, polite and did a great job. I was very pleased.

    Multi-stage Water Filtration System and Shower Filter

    We can’t say enough about this company. Donna was wonderful to work with. From the initial phone call to the multiple emails that followed, she patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions and helped us decide on a filtration system. On installation day, George arrived on time and with a smile. He was friendly, thorough and ensured that everything was in perfect working order before leaving. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

    Service

    Watermart installed my water softener a few years ago and I am SO happy with it. Additionally, their follow up service is always courteous and prompt. I have never had any issues with my system and am so glad I installed it. I also know I can count on Watermart to keep my system well maintained.

    WaterMart Service

    I recently had annual service done to my water system by Watermart. I have used them for 3 years and am very satisfied with the service especially from George the technician Again I would highly recommend them as the service was very professional and done efficiently Regards George T Aurora Ontario

    Annual maintenance of kitchen water filtration system

    We have been using this company for many years and would highly recommend them. They are proactive, punctual, friendly, efficient and competent. The drinking water through their system is delicious and we always keep several bottles of this water in the fridge. Because of their system, we drink more water daily and rarely buy bottled water.

    Watermart

    My wife and I have been longstanding customers of Watermart. Not only have we been more than pleased with our home's water filter system, we have been more than satisfied for their consistent and reliable attention to customer service. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company and their services. Their service personnel have always been courteous and professional.

    Water Filter

    Hello There, I vas recommended to this company by a very good friend, nutritionist because she is a very happy client of watermart for many years. I am glad I took my friend's advice becoming a client too. Starting with the service, that impressed me from the very first moment, for the kindness, patience, friendly attitude and unlimited advice and support. I have received pictures with all the needed details & complete explanations. Dona is my expert, advisor that guided and heled me all the way. Much appreciation goes to the most friendlier, easy going owner of the Company who accommodated me further. And last but not least the technician that installed the filter was professional, fast, neat and pleasant.

    Outstanding Company

    I have been a customer of this company for 19 years. I have put in a whole house RO system for drinking water as well as a whole house chlorination system for the rest of the water. I have also had them come out for service and maintenance many times. There have been 2 mistakes made over the years, but they were mistakes that any company or human being could have made and the most important thing is that this company rectified them without any argument or delay. They have always been a complete pleasure to deal with from the owner to the staff answering the phones to the service people. They are very honest and reasonable and also very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
