    Drinking water filter system

    Can't really think of anything to improve – the service is always excellent. Arrangements are always easy to set up. Very competent and Friendly. Great work, we really trust that we are getting the best water filters possible and ongoing maintenance done in a trustworthy and friendly manner. We're pleased to be doing business with WaterMart.

    Installation and maintenance of ultraviolet water system

    All of my dealings with Watermart have been great. I do feel that you take time to understand my business and advise and recommendations have always seemed to be a good balance of risk vs cost. Never any problems with service calls.

    Installation and service of drinking water unit

    My experience was great. I think you're doing a fantastic job. Ron (the technician) was excellent. He answered all of my questions and was courteous, efficient & friendly. I was extremely impressed.

    Drinking water systems install and service

    Nothing to improve. Excellent service! It was very easy and professional. The service technician (i wish i could remember his name!) was courteous and knowledgeable and represents your company very well!

    Under sink drinking water system installation

    Everything was great! I would use the fact that many people are waking up to the governments deception about fluoride to your advantage. More and more people are realizing it's true nature and purpose. Perhaps some information on your website about fluoride and it's dangers would help you. Try www.fluoridealert.org. Everything was excellent, no need to improve, Scott and Dave were both very good and very knowledgeable about their trade. Watermarts the only company worth buying from, Thanks again Matt and Elena Life long customers

    Reverse Osmosis System Installation & Service

    I think that what you have currently in place is perfect. We received a call to remind us that our system was due for it's check up and an appointment was made. Can't get any better than that. We were very happy with our service call. It was completed in a timely fashion. Scott was very informative. Gave us instructions on what to do when he was finished. Made sure the area was clean before he left. It was quite obvious that Scott cares about what he does.

    Water Softener Installation

    Dave is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals that I have ever dealt with. His years of experience shows through in a very professional and relaxed manner and the combination made it a very easy decision to buy from you. The configuring of the system and setting up the appointment was as efficient as it could be.

    Reverse Osmosis Install

    I had purchased my own reverse osmosis system and whole home filter from max water flow and the quality was horrible. After the units were installed by another company eco water systems, they leaked like crazy. I called WaterMart because they advertised using high quality fittings which I now realize is very important. The installation and repair done by WaterMart was first class. The tech used sterile latex gloves when handling the filters and canisters, replaced all my joints and connectors with high quality ones that don't leak and even installed a leak detector to shut down the water supply if a leak does happen. WaterMart listened to my concerns and went over and above in their service. Highly recommended.
