    Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System Installation

    I wanted to give you some feedback on my recent visit from WaterMart. Scott delivered exceptional service, as always. It is always a pleasure to deal with him and you should be proud to have him on your team. I really like the fact that Linda took the time to call and let me know that Scott was running behind. I also wanted to tell you that it is always great dealing with you Dave. You are a true professional. I do, and will continue to recommend WaterMart.

    Whole home backwashing carbon filter and reverse osmosis system

    Everything was exceptional, especially Scott. Usually it is a real inconvenience having a service technician in your home, but my experience with the Watermart service technician was exceptionally quick, informative and pleasant. Even our dog liked Scott. Thank you.

    Water softener with hard water bypasses and drinking water filter

    Our entire experience with WaterMart was fantastic. Dave gave us information on the system options and we did not feel oversold at all. The price was also very reasonable. Ron was our service technician and he did run a bit late, but we received a phone call to advise us of the delay. On that note, he was less than an hour late. He was fantastic! He explained our system further, he worked with our wishes on the bypass lines (we wanted to keep some lines hard water), and he tried to keep the costs down for us. Our entire experience with WaterMart was awesome! The service, the professionalism, and the personalities were a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone

    Whole home filtration system and drinking water system

    It was excellent…and greatly appreciated how you called, the technician came in a timely manner and then you followed up—-recipe for success!! Praise for the friendliness and seriousness Watermart displays.

    Reverse osmosis system with pH booster, installed

    Straight forward advice, friendly service and the right price point. Dave took the time to explain things thoroughly and patiently even though I called about three or four times. I liked the fact that I was given the information I needed without ever feeling the pressure to buy. Ron, the installation guy, was very pleasant, punctual and efficient. He took the time to explain things each step of the water system installation process.

    3 Stage Water Filter Installation

    You have the best customer service around. Watermart gives me one phone call/year, followed by a pleasant visit in a one hour time slot. You guys are terrific. Keep up the good work.

    Whole home & drinking water filter systems

    It was great that someone called due to the fact that the service technician was running behind (and traffic was crawling that day) — That phone call was very much appreciated and really is great customer service. I also like that we get 'the call' when we are due for servicing — I would never keep track of this, so it is very helpful. Everyone from your company, whether on the phone or in person, is always very friendly and sincere — Always a pleasant experience. Thanks for the great work and for 'the Best Water in the city!!" We get a lot of compliments on how great the water tastes (or doesn't taste….?!) Thanks again :-)

    Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Install

    My parents had Watermart install their water system and were very happy, so I called them to install one for my family. Watermart has absolutely nothing to improve on! Ron was wonderful & a pleasure to have in my home. He was great with my 2 little kids, polite, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. I have never had such a positive experience with a tradesman in my home. Thank you!

    Office drinking water system

    Dave was very knowledgeable about the product and what would work best for our number of employees. The Merlin system supplies the quantity of water we need, fit our budget and fit in the space under our sink. Service was excellent from our first contact with Linda over the phone, getting Dave's recommendation and having Ron drop in to our office to look at the space we had to work with, to the installation.
