    Water Softener Installation

    You came highly recommended by my neighbour. It would be hard to beat the great service I received from Watermart. The staff was very Knowledgeable, very cool, and extremely personable.

    Water Softener Installation

    On Friday, February 19th, 2010 Ron came by to service our water softener. I’m writing you this letter because he went out of his way to find a part for our very old unit. He mentioned that parts were very scarce and he’d try a few places. He returned on Monday with a part he felt would do. When I asked him where he found it he replied that he went to six places but wasn’t successful. He happened to find a piece similar to what he needed and “tweeked” it to fit. I was so impressed with his service, honesty, and that he went out of his way (over the weekend) to find a part that was needed to repair our water softener. I am impressed with his service and your company. Employees like him are rare and he is an asset to your company.

    Water filter and shower filter installation

    Dave's article provided very useful information. Feedback from my friend about your company is pretty good. Reasonably priced. Service is excellent. When I was still researching the water filtration system, Dave provided a lot of information to help me make good decisions. Installation service was great. Ron arrived promptly. Gave me options on locating the filter cartridges and optimizing space usage under the sink. Cleaned the area very well after the work was completed. The next day, I received a call from Linda to get feedback on the installation. Very courteous. Overall, excellent service from start to finish

    Water softener and drinking water purifier

    We wanted a water softener. Watermart provided me the most information of any store and answered all our questions. Very friendly and a job well done. Scott and Dave are very informative and helpful as well. Was a very pleasant experience. We love the soft water!! Plus with the drinking water system we don't have to buy bottled water any longer.

    Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filter

    It was Dave's knowledge that made me choose Watermart. Good information on the website, but was sold when I stopped in and spoke with Dave. Installation was excellent – Ron was a great guy.

    Reverse Osmosis System installation

    Your web site is excellent – it gave me all the information I needed on how to research and choose a system that met my needs. When I visited your store I knew that Watermart was the right choice. Your service is excellent and I am recommending you to friends. We also appreciate your follow up to ensure that everything is going well after the installation. My naturopath recommended a reverse osmosis system as I have serious health problems. Now I have peace of mind and know that I can contact Watermart if I have any questions or concerns. Thank you very much for a job well done.

    Multi stage under-sink drinking water filter

    I was impressed that Ron and Dave will talk about competitors and what to look for if for any reason I would not buy from Water Mart. Your staff are knowledgable and friendly and not pushy. I'm impressed – it's hard to find that kind of service these days. Kudos!

    Whole home backwashing filter system and reverse osmosis system

    Watermart had the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time when dealing with many different companies. Scott did the install and did a really great job.

    Reverse Osmosis followed by Deionization

    There nothing Watermart can improve on. The Watermart Service Man was right on time and was happy to thoroughly explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I'm very glad I chose Watermart.

    Drinking water filter

    I had an under sink water filtration system and 2 shower filters installed earlier this week and they work wonderfully and are much cheaper than the competition's products. Scott was very nice, very knowledgeable, and installed it all very well. I'm so glad I chose Watermart, I'll recommend you guys to all my friends. Thank you for being such a great company, it seems to me that profit is not your primary goal, other companies could learn alot from you guys.
