Kendra, our design consultant, created a functional and space maximizing walk-in closet that has completely transformed our space. She was patient, creative and offered ideas to save on cost. Sof, the installer, was on time, neat and even filled the holes we left from removing our old closet at no charge. We went with the most basic quality they offer due to our budget being tight, so I am hoping it will stand the test of time and continue to look as good it does now.

Debbie Brown and the team at Lancaster Customs are true experts. They said attention to details that I didn't even think of. True professionals who listen to your needs and then implement a perfect design for my needs and beyond. Thank you Debbie so much...and we can't wait to meet again on the next project!

We recently had our pantry/home office organization system installed by Lancaster. Dino's attention to detail is fantastic. His designs utilized all the available space in the room and the outcome was a beautiful room that not only is esthetically pleasing but is also super functional! We are so happy to have so much useful storage in the space. There's no need to use the pocket door installed to keep prying eyes out. We keep the door wide open now to show off the space! Thank you Lancaster! We would highly recommend Dino & the rest of the Lancaster crew for any home organization needs you may have.

I contacted Debbie 6 weeks ago to consult, design and install 8 custom closets, one large mudroom including a 12' bench area with hooks/cubbies for my four children and gorgeous laundry room cabinetry before we moved into our newly renovated home last Saturday. Debbie and her team did a fabulous job from start to finish. I was comfortable using Lancaster right from the start and feel grateful to them for their quality of work, customization and prompt attention to my need to have everything installed on time. My husband and I downsized from a large house and we needed to rework the kitchen space in our new condo. After reading reviews on HomeStars, I decided to contact Ralph from Lancaster and I am so pleased that we chose his company to build our gorgeous new kitchen. Dealing with Ralph and his team from start to finish was an enjoyable experience. Ralph guided us through all of the options available, oversaw the entire project and his installers were friendly, professional and respectful. We had three quotations and dollar-for-dollar the quality and workmanship was far superior than the other two quotes. If are reading my review chances are you are looking for a custom kitchen company....do yourself a favour and contact Ralph for a consultation...trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I contacted this company because of the very positive reviews on HomeStars. Dino's designs were great. However, the installation was very poorly done. The company was apologetic and responsive, however I am still left with unfortunately installed and over-repaired closets. I am extremely disappointed.

We needed a custom family room wall unit with bookshelves and media storage. We also had a space below our staircase in the basement that we wanted to utilize with good storage options through cabinets and drawers. I had already received a few recommendations from my designer, builder, colleagues from work - and I never got fully comfortable with them either because of their quoting process, their recommended design, or their explanation with the work. With this budget size, I needed to be comfortable and confident with whoever I was working with because it was a 3-4 month process from beginning to end (we were also taking our time as we had a newborn). We came across Dino at Lancaster (through Homestars actually!) and I couldn't have been happier with our experience! The whole process from beginning to end was exceptionally professional. Dino was fantastic - always responsive, made house calls as needed, was very accommodating with design changes (which are inevitable), I appreciated his attention to detail, and also impressed with their factory operations. In fact, our basement storage area was quite difficult and the first cabinet that came in wasn't fitting properly - they promptly accommodated our schedule and sent their head of production to understand why it didn't fit. They did a meticulous job rebuilding it. Not ONCE did they hum or haw about the cost, try to shoehorn the old one or attempt to reuse the cabinet. 100% professional, throughout. I've been recommending Dino to whoever needs work done. In this "home reno/repair" industry it's not often you find gems - these guys are excellent. Pricing was similar - but considering I had ZERO headaches throughout my order, I'd say I got the best value out there.

We have been thrilled with the service and quality of our Lancaster experience. Debbie and her team were responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. The design process was smooth and the end result exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be back for our next renovation project.
