    Closets, Built-ins and Mudroom Storage

    We're at the tail-end of constructing our new home and thought it would be a good time to leave a review for the exceptional service and products we've received from Dino and Lancaster. We've also dealt with Dino in the past for our closet and storage needs. When we heard he had moved on and moved to Lancaster, we knew we wouldn't receive the same level of service and expertise from anyone else. Dino listened to our needs and dreams and put together storage solutions that are functional, esthetically pleasing, within our budget AND were installed on time! The installers were fantastic and dealt with any questions or concerns promptly and pleasantly. To say we were thrilled is an understatement. We would not hesitate to recommend Dino and Lancaster to anyone looking for well-designed, high quality storage solutions!

    Residential Closet Organizers

    We have just completed a full residential renovation. We had Debbie and her team at Lancaster design & install all of the closets in our home. Debbie was so helpful with every aspect from designing our closet space, ensuring all of our needs were met, right through to the installation process. The Lancaster team were extremely professional, helpful and super efficient. The closets in our home look amazing ! Each closet has their own gorgeous look and particular function...we LOVE THEM !!! Thank you Debbie and the team at Lancaster for helping to create our dream home...the closets are the perfect finishing touch....the "Icing on the Cake". Best Regards, Diane.

    Closets

    We are entirely pleased with our new master walk-in and 2nd bedroom closets. Dino was very easy to work with. He is very professional and offered many good design ideas I hadn't thought of. He demonstrated a personal interest in me as the customer with the goal of meeting my needs for price, functionality, and styling. The result is much more usable space in my closets which I am proud to show off. The cabinetry bespeaks quality and functionality. The installer was punctual, friendly, and careful in his work. It was a pleasure doing business with Dino and Lancaster.

    Laundry Room Update

    We met Dino when he was working for another similar organization and were very happy with the quality of the product and the service that we received from them. When we undertook to begin another renovation project, we went back to the original organization and discovered that Dino had moved on. Although we were very satisfied with the original project, it was the personal attention that we received from Dino that was the difference. We found out that Dino was at Lancaster, met with him, and went ahead with our new project. The quality of the product was excellent and of course, the attention and service provided by Dino was as well. Our laundry room has now been updated and the addition of a pantry has provided us with additional storage. Thank you Dino!

    Dream Master Closet and Built-ins T/Out Reno

    I worked with Debbie to design several built-ins and a laundry as part of an extensive reno of our home. The result is a dream walk-in closet off the Master, built in closets in the bedrooms as well as coat closets, a fabulous pantry and a laundry. Debbie went above and beyond in terms of accommodating a moving renovation schedule as well as adjustments to the drawings which impacted the design. Even the installer had to come up with a creative solution on an unplanned for element in the laundry but was not phased whatsoever. Truly exemplary service from start to finish!

    walking closets, wall units

    Thank you Debbie and Lancaster for offering your great design ,service and quality.... It has always been a pleasure and amazing experience to work with you... Debbie, you have always been so helpful and you offer great ideas and designs... We are in residential building business and already had the 2nd experience with Lancaster and will definitely come to the 3rd and beyond.

    Custom Closets

    Lancaster designed and built all the closets for my home, from the master walk-in to the linen closet and even the basement storage closet. They also designed and built the cabinets in my laundry room. I shopped around for pricing and when compared to the quote i got to do ONLY the bedroom closets, Lancaster did much more for 40% less of the other quote. The built-in closets in the boys rooms are gorgeous and the master walk-in is well planned and laid out. I love showing them off when people come over. I would recommend Debbie / Lancaster to anyone of my friends or family with confidence. I found her to be patient, professional and fun. Most importantly, she was sensitive to my budget and provided solutions to ensure we stayed on track. I will contact Debbie for any future cabinetry work in current or future home. Beware Debbie . . .i may be calling sooner than you think. lol!

    Master and Front Closet

    I honestly didn't know where to start. Dino gave me some great options and walked us through the process. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Lancaster will be my choice for future projects.

    Custom closet

    I had a really positive experience with Lancaster. Dino was very professional and provided an innovative solution for my walk-in closet at a great value with exceptional quality. I will definitely recommend Lancaster.

    master ensuite closet

    Dino took our wish list and created the closet of our dreams. We can't thank him and the installer enough for their exemplary attention to detail.We will definitely use Lancaster for the next project and would recommend them.(we already have!!)
