    Oven repair

    I paid Service 4 Appliances to fix my stove. The bill was misleading because they marked parts instead of labour which they charged $314.00. then they wanted $654.00 for the part. All this to repair a 10 year old stove. They won't give me the part number either so I can check the price online. So I paid 314 for nothing. Get everything in writing, diagnosis, repair parts labour when dealing with this company. Not a good experience. SHould have been told upfront what total estimate was. Repair man said parts should be $200.00. WHo pays $970 to fix an old stove? Who makes $280 for about 45 minutes labour? (company and I differ on this point) but still my stove isn't fixed. Use authorized repair person next time.

    Dishwasher repair

    we were referred to Service 4 Appliances by a neighbor, who used them a few times. The technician arrived on the same day, was extremely helpful with providing suggestions. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. repaired our dishwasher quickly.

    washer not working

    The man, Shay, that came to fix my washer was polite, efficient and very clear about the services. He was pleasant and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was also on time and made no mess!

    Service

    A few weeks ago, my dish washer stopped working, I wasn't really sure why. I went online and found Service4Appliances I called them up. Customer Service agent picked up the phone right away, which was great because I hate waiting on the line. I spoke with the agent explained my issue and she sent a technician to my house the next day. Technician arrived on time and was very courteous, helpful, and professional. He explained that there was a leak in the dishwasher and even showed me where the problem was. He then explained what the process for fixing it was and the cost. Since the repair my dishwasher it has been working phenomenally (I should probably mention that the dishwasher is 10 years old). I would definitely recommend Service4Appliances to all my friends! Thank you Service4Appliances for saving me money and providing great service!

    Refrigerator

    The technician who help for the Service was quick and efficient and arrived on time for the service. The customer service was also good and they were able to reschedule it immediately.

    Stovetop

    I called the call center to set up an appointment. Explained very clearly the issue. A Technician was sent, looked at the issue and said he couldn't repair it. Call center should have known their technicians could not repair this type of work & still charged full price for 30 second diagnosis. Upon trying to resolve issue, EVERY employee dealt with was extremely rude and abrupt. Never pay for a service you are not happy for. Ask for an invoice and pay after issue is resolved! DO NOT HIRE SERVICE4APPLIANCES.

    Dryer repair

    Do not recommend this company. Had a technician out to advise us why our dryer was not heating properly. He advised we need 2 new sensors. Charged us $447 up front for parts and labour. Called them the next week only to find out that they dont make the part anymore. They refunded us $129 for the part. But we are on the hook for the rest. Called to ask why they wont refund the labour and just charge the $80 service charge...Ilona the Manager was rude, and refused to give company address, owners name, her last name....the dryer cant be repaired and we had to buy a new one. Complaint lodged with Better Business Bureau... And....do not tell Homestar that I was never your client....because I WILL take pictures of the visa receipt, the receipt from your company, the cheque you mailed me for my partial refund and also send them the email of the confirmation of my booking with you with your Case number attached. Hopefully you reply to the Better Business Bureau when they contact you....because they will be.

    stove

    IF YOU CHERISH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I called on Monday to have a tech come out to service my range he advised me of the 80 service call but the price would go up if he diagnosed the problem and would go up even higher if parts needed to be ordered. Fine. I left the kitchen for aprox 5 minutes to fold laundry. Tech called me back to kitchen and showed me that the stove was working again. I asked what he did, he ignored the question and proceed to tell me what I owed... 330.00!,!!!!!!! I paid he left. Two hours later I turned on the stove to attempt to cook dinner and it DIDNT WORK. So I called once again and wanted to speak to the tech where the reception advised me that "we don't allow the techs to speak to custumers as they are on the road or with other custumers" fine. So I asked to rebook with the same tech and he could only come on Friday (4 days later) I couldn't wait four days..I have a family of four to feed so I called another tech who did the work for me for free because he felt sorry for me ...this time I watched what he did and knew the problem but I never cancelled with the tech from service 4 appliance because I wanted to see what he originally did to my stove. Friday comes and he walks in. I proceed to be friendly and ask what he did to my stove. He said he reset the motherboard...he turned the stove on and asked me why I had him come to the house if the stove is working. I was honest with him and told him I couldn't wait until friday so I had someone else fix the stove but I didn't want to cancel because I wanted you to explain what u did to my stove. His response....HE WALKED RIGHT OUT OF MY HOUSE. I asked where he was going..he didn't answer and just left. I'm taking this company to the Better Business Bureau... he messed with the wrong person

    I am happy with the services

    I am happy with the services i have received from this company. I have used them a few times in the past, and will continue to use them in the future. they have repaired my dishwasher, refrigerator, and installed my new washer and dryer. very professional, friendly, and courteous.

    Service Refridgerator

    A service person named Vitalg came on the time suggested and was very courteous and professional. He serviced my refridgerator in short order after he appraised me of the costs that would be involved. I was very pleased with the service provided. and would use this dealer in the future.
