Our technicians always give our customers the quote before beginning the work. the also inform every customer that if parts are needed there will be at an extra charge. the labour fee is a flat fee, no matter if its 1.5 hour, or 4 hours. our technicians always try to complete the repair as soon as possible

Reply created 26 Apr 2013Hello Mark, We would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience, and would like to explain that our technicians ALWAYS give a quote before beginning the repair. if a quote is approved the continue with their work. in your case, a quote was given to you, and it was mentioned to you that parts would be at an extra charge. since you have not approved the parts that were required for your appliance, but have approved the labour quote, the technician did work on your appliance and you were supposed to pay for his work. unfortunately, once a file is unpaid, it is transferred to a collection agency. again , we apologize for any inconveniences.
