He showed up on time. took dryer apart told me it was electrical panel could need parts made it sound like a very difficult job. quoted 280 dollars plus tax.. I asked if worth fixing because it was electric panel. He said it was . He was here for a total of twenty minutes no parts required told me it was a loose wire. There is no labour rate per hour it is what they want to charge you. pulled this figure out of a hat. DO NOT USE I FOUND DISHONEST I AM SURE WHEN HE OPENED UP THE DRYER HE COULD TELL IT WAS A FIVE MINUTE JOB. THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A LOOSE WIRE NO PARTS REQUIRED THIS IS JUST WRONG. P.S . WE RECEIVED A 15 DOLLAR DISCOUNT BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT COME RIGHT AWAY SO IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 315.00 OUTRAGEOUS.

We called to get our refridgerator looked at, as it was making a loud noise. They came in, claimed it would cost $380 to vaccuum it. They told us to shut our refridgerator down for 4 hours. Once we turned it back on, the noise was back.We called them and were told we'd have to call back and start our process all over again, pay to get it looked at AGAIN. This company is a rip off. They take your money and run. The WORST customer service ever! We asked to speak to a manager and the receptionist came back to the phone claiming she was the manager. They did not tell us what they looked at in their visit, nor did they leave their names. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

I found this company when I googled ``replace cook top glass``. they were able to send someone over within the week and made an order for the glass replacement. What I really liked about them is the fact that when they said `we will be there from 4-7` they show up at 4. It`s also nice that they gave me a call 1 hr before they come for the appointment so I don`t have to wait at home for them to show up.

Our GE gas stove oven was not working. The ignitor for the gas was no longer working. The two workmen came exactly when they promised to, and efficiently cleaned and replaced all necessary parts. They gave us good information on brands to avoid purchasing as well. The 30 day guarantee was appreciated.

Very good and professional service. The tech also provided some very good tips. Quickly determined what the problem was and took the required steps. Assured me that they would fix the problem and be back if required.

Good service, took a while for the part to come in but good overall. Technician was friendly and knowledgable and very helpful. I had to phone customer service twice to enquire about the follow up after the initial assessment but operator was very friendly. The cost is quite high for the initial diagnosis and the part was very costly, $90 for a small bolt!! I thought that it was quite excessive. Total repair took more than 3 weeks to complete but literally only 20 minutes of the technician's time.

I will NEVER call this company again!! I feel that I was taken advantage of.I was advised via two other companies that the job should not have been more than $150. I complained to customer service and she was no help. Also rude, the service man was condescending as well. Stay away!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. Service guy came to look at range. After checking the range out told me it would cost $285 to fix but would be more if part needed. Service guy said probably won't need part. I asked how can you fix range without part and was told that he had to fix circuit. After about an hour was told that it needed two parts. First part was $585 and second part $305. Total cost to repair my 8 year old range. $1212. WOW< I could just buy a new one with full warranty. Told service guy not to order parts and was given an invoice of $322. Should have been informed of total cost to fix prior to beginning repair. Felt taken advantage of. Called customer service after repair guy left and the service was horrible. Was extremely rude and not empathetic at all. Too bad kind of attitude. Have even gone to better business bureau.

Mike came to the house very pleasant and professional. talked to us through the problem. I called him and said that my gas stove the botton was not coming on , the broiler worked only. So he diagnosed the problem which was the botton element , and fix it. He cleaned up after him. He was very socialable to talk too. I asked him many questions and gave me several pointers for all appliances. He was there for a hour . All is well see how long it last. But yes I did find the price a bit steep.

Mike and Shahi fixed my fridge quickly and gave me a good explanation for the repairs and cost. They were punctual, courteous and accurate. I will use them again if needed.
