    Broken SAMSUNG new dishwasher

    I have one of these awful samsung electronic dishwashers. It was backed up - the problem was not simple. The technician was clearly very knowledgable not to mention friendly. The problem was not easy to diagnose at all. He was extremely punctual - rare for a service person. He worked long and hard to determine the problem. The service call price was very reasonable. He also found the reason why the part fried in such a short time. I will have them for fixing any other appliances that need repair. Well, now comes the point of ordering the part. They hand you a flyer that if you fill in the homestar review, they will give you 30% off repairs. They also promised when I booked the original appointment they would deduct the $90 service call fee from the repair. Neither happened. I got the part cheaper from another company. S4A did NOT offer me the credit of the service call. And they now say the 30% discount is not for this repair it is for the next. Wayy to much dishonesty. The service man was great, the company did not hold any of their promises. I do not anyone else to be misled like this.

As far as the 90$ service call fee charge goes, you were ONLY charged the service call because you did not want to go ahead with the rest of the repair. had you gone ahead with the repair you would not have been charged the service call fee. There was obviously a misunderstanding on your end. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have gone threw but we here at service 4 appliances take responsibility for our actions and we do make sure our customers are satisfied with the services provided.     removed fridge doors to get fridge into house

    We could not get our new refridgerator into our house. We contacted Service 4 Appliances and they sent out a young fellow in a reasonable amount of time. The Service rep. was hardworking, diligent, and willing to get the job done. He was knowledgeable and explained the entire process. I would definitely recommend him to others.

    dishwasher repair

    On Friday, August 10th we contacted Service 4 Repair to send a technician to our house to fix our dishwasher. He indicated to us that it would cost 250$ plus tax to fix the problem and told us the problem was that the dishwasher was clogged and needed to be cleaned out in order to fix the problem. After he did this, he told us the problem was fixed and we paid for the service. We have now tried to wash dishes several times and it is equally bad as it was before -- the dishwasher is unusable. We paid to have the dishwasher fixed -- not to simply have it cleaned out - and this service was not provided. When we called Service 4 repair they told us that it would cost another $250 plus parts to fix the problem and that we were paying for labour. Had we been told that the 250$ we were spending would not actually fix the problem we obviously would not have gone ahead with this since we could have easily invested a bit more and purchased a new dishwasher entirely. they are not returning our emails or messages now and said we either have to pay more or live with it as is.

    Laundry machine repair

    The door lock on our Frigidaire washing machine failed. Service4appliances called us back and made an immediate appointment. The technician arrived on time, and gave an honest review of the risk that replacing one part might lead to further expense with other parts. The new lock arrived quickly and was successful. Thoroughly professional, courteous and trustworthy. The technician was exactly on time for both appointments. This company stands apart. Thank you!

    Refrigerator

    When our refrigerator stopped working on a weekend, I didn't know who to call and found Service 4 appliances provided 24 hour emergency service. I received a prompt call back and was given next day appointment. The technician arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

    Bosch Diswasher

    Placed service call on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 and was informed a service rep would be in our office between 12 and 3 pm on Thursday, August 16 - The service rep appeared promptly at 12 noon. A service rep checked out the dishwasher and had it up and running in less than 20 minutes. Prior to repair he explained the costs. Very well informed and very pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to contact in future, should the need arise.

    fridge not working

    fridge not working, technician very quickly found the issue and gave me a quote to fix. He also gave me some advice on new fridges as I had decided to not fix but to replace

    Repair LG Refrigerator defrosting mechanism

    I am quite satisfied with the service I received from Yuri, your representative. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, including an estimate of what the job would cost, if agreeable to me. Then he did what was necessary to correct the problem in the most cost-effective way and left eveything spotless. What I most appreciated was that there were no surprises.

    Fridgidaire Side by Side Ice Maker not working

    Service man arrives. Charges $250 dollars for diagnosis and then tells me part will cost another $215 with no guarantee that it will solve problem. I call Frigidaire. No part related to Ice Maker costs that much. Ice maker starts working again on its own.

    fix my washer

    Today I made phone call to service4appliance, the reaction is so fast, and now , the guy has fixed my washer with best service to explain to me how to maintain my machine and gave me some tips. It's great.
