    fridge

    I would like to recommend this company to everyone. The technician was polite, knowledgable, and profeshional. He know exactly what he was doing and finished the repair quickly. He did not try to take the time in order to make more monwy. He repaired my fridge ( that was not cooling and food was defrosting), gave me some tips that would help to prevent the problem in the future.

    Fridge Repair

    Good prompt service, they were available to come the next day and were right on time with when they told us they would come. Explained problem and solution well in terms that we were able to understand.

    Washer and Dishwasher repair

    Service 4 Appliances sent a tech over last week. My washer did not work at all, and dishwasher worked well but sometimes the panel would not work, and I had to push it in order for it to work. The technician was here on time, he was very professional and explained to me hat there might be a prt that needs to be replaced but he needed to check it first and to try and repair with no parts. He was able to repair the washer without any parts and I was very happy that he saved me some money. He then went ahead to the dishwasher and changed a few settings and said everything was fine with the dishwasher and it actually worked since then. He did not charge me anything for the dishwasher and I was very happy about that! I would recommend this company again to anyone.

    Washer Overflow Problem

    I am the owner of a condominium unit, which is currently rented out to tenants. The tenants called me and told me that the washing machine was flooding and as such I had to get service in as soon as possible to minimize the damage. I called Service 4 Appliances and they were able to send in a technician as soon I got off work. The technician visually inspected the situation and even before opening up the machine noted that it would be one of two problems, sure enough he was absolutely right and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. The service man was incredibly corteous, friendly and took every effort to explain the mechanics and exactly what he was doing to me. Not only do I reccomend Service 4 Appliance, I reccomend Roman the service man if available.

    Whirpool Dishwasher

    The technician was very freindly. He came in good time . He showed and talked in detial of the problem with the diswasher. The charge of $250.00 for a little less than an hour was too much. I would think this job could be done for $125 to $150 max. Kind of very disappointed .

    Washing machine repair

    Courteous, prompt, service and he arrived well with in the three hour window that the office had provided for us. He fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself and offered several suggestions to avoid similar problems reoccurring in the future. We will definitely be using this company in the future for any appliance repair issues.

    Refrigerator repair

    Appliance repair S4A provided us with the most courteous ,respectful, and professioal service that we have experienced in along time. They have repaired my refrigirator with no time, and provided a friendly service. I will definetely use them again.

    leaking refrigerator

    Two men showed up right on time to repair the fridge. They were polite and very efficient, and they even offered to remove their shoes! They told me before beginning the job what the cost would be. My fridge is now working. J. Hess, Toronto

    Range Repair

    I phoned for service got prompt response. I was told it was $ 80.00 for a diagnostic wich turned out to be 282.00 with HST. Not sure why. Also did not fix and could not source part. I am in the hole without any satisfaction. Very expensive service to be no further ahead. The service techs basically pulled out the range fiddled for a few minuets and told me I had a burnt out relay. They did not put the range back properly and left the floor a mess. Absolutely no value here!!!!

Our service call fee is $80 however we do mention that in some cases there may be extra charges for labor and diagnose, we also make sure our technicians mention the price to the customer before they proceed with anything. We make sure to mention that it is the SERVICE CALL fee that is $80 not the diagnostic and not for the labor. We believe there was simply a mere misunderstanding.     Dishwasher Repair

    Service4applicance came to my home within 24 hours which is what they advertised. This is important to me as the previous company I contacted told me it would be 1 1/2 weeks before they could come to my home. The technicians were very polite and friendly.
