    Just great

    They were super fast and got the job done. I had expected the whole thing to take at least a week, but I had results within 24 hours of my initial phone call.

    Great service with attic mould inspection/removal

    The entire Mould Guy team--from Kay on the phone to Drov {sp?} who did the inspection to the two men who did the removal work--were great. Polite, honest, personable, and knowledgeable. They told us what we needed to do, made everything clear, didn't try upselling, and kept the house clean and did the work. They answered all our questions and even provided tips for down the road. Very happy with them and while we hope we don't need them down the road, we'd be happy to recommend them to others.

    Would definitely recommend!!!

    I would 100% recommend this company!!! No one wants to find mould in their house and when they do...it's a terrifying experience! Google scares everyone into thinking they must have toxic black mould!!! lol I had moved into a new home and the previous owners had not maintained it. I was pregnant with twins and scared we might have mould due to a weird smell. Drove came by and did the mould testing, answered all our questions and assured us everything was fine and not what google scared us into thinking. We had no mould. His knowledge and tips were extremely valuable. Fast forward 3 months when we found ACTUAL mould due to some condensation. We called them right away and spoke to Ross. My husband must have asked him a million questions and he answered them all with confidence...and at no charge! We felt much better. Fantastic company!

    They do basic work and not reliable.

    They do air quality test and recommend work to fix the mold problem which is to get rid of the issue. After paying $3K they don't follow up or do another air quality test to show the before / after test. Wouldn't it make sense to do it so the client is convinced they removed the mold? They were very evasive and don't give me straight answers when I asked them scientific questions about their test results. I felt the company didn't fix my issue. They didn't answer my calls or return my messages when I called.

    Hi Private User, Thank you for using us to get rid of your mold issue in your attic. The air test we performed in your home came out nice and clean and had nothing to do with the attic. At your request we HEPA vacuumed your bedroom even though the air test came up normal. As far as I know we have answered all your 12+ calls and the 4 page hand written letter when you didn't have access to a computer.     Indoor Air Quality Testing

    I called to request testing for mold, was scheduled for an appointment the following day and had the process thoroughly explained to me. Both the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone and the inspector that came to my home were personable, friendly and informative. Very impressed with all aspects of the service provided.

    Checking for basement mold

    In looking to purchase a house where there was a fear of mold, the inspector was able to service our request and inspect the house in a very timely and professional manner. His inspection was not only thorough but included excellent recommendations on how to ensure that mold can be avoided. It was some of the best money I could have spent in the search for our house.

    Peace of Mind

    We used this company last summer when we were clearing out our basement storage and found- gasp- black mold!! I was 8 months pregnant and pretty much lost my mind over it. The Mold Guy was awesome!! Right from my initial contact the office team was amazing. They were very reassuring and booked someone to come out super fast. I was very impressed with the decontamination squad- they were OCD level thorough and did an excellent job of safely removing every single speck and taking it away. Above everything though, I appreciated how Drove (sp?) took the time to explain to me that it really wasn't the catastrophe my google searches had led me to believe. He explained what the problem was, outlined the plan to remediate it and how to prevent it from returning. He went out of his way to calm my frazzled nerves! Highly recommend them!

    Feel at ease

    Service was great from my first phone call. They assured me that they would thoroughly check everything and they also took a sample of the air and tested in their lab to ensure we were safe. Thank you again!

    Mold Detection and Remediation

    We were looking to purchase an older home and we felt based on visuals that there had been a number of floods or leakage incidents in the basement. We call The Mold Guy who attended quickly and rushed the results through over a long weekend to accommodate our inspection condition. The tests came back with high elevated levels for mold and we were able to negotiate the cost of remediation into the deal. We closed and the crew came in and took care of everything quickly and left the home in the best condition.

    Mold Inspection

    We had a leak from our Reliance water tank and were worried that mold might be a concern. I called The Mold Guy and they sent someone out to inspect our basement. Thankfully there was no mold, but they walked around the basement and gave us advice about other things related to moist in our basement. Thank you!
