Mould guy was very thourall, friendly, experienced,explained everything. Very flexible, on time. When I called, great customer service. Tenants applied to tribunal cause of mold in basement, therefor we had it tested., witch came back clear.

We had a great experience with Drove . He was knowledgeable, on time and took less than half an hour to complete the services. We received our test ananylsis within 2 days. I would recommend The Mold Guy to anyone looking to test any aspect of their house.

Very fast response time and informative employees. I have used them twice now and would definitely recommend if you have any concerns about possible or confirmed mould. They will also provide a service plan with a quote for any work that should be done to remove any mould found.

Highly recommend The Mold Guys - we were starting demo and needed quick asbestos testing. I called the Mold Guy and they understood the urgency and were able to send someone out same day. The test results came back when they said they would and I would use them again if necessary! Very professional and friendly service.

I needed mould removed from the attic ASAP as I had listed my house for sale. I called on Wednesday evening and they were here Thursday morning, you need and out in two hours. As you can imagine, it can be overwhelming dealing with a mold problem in your home. After extensive research, we discovered The Mold Guys who have great reviews. From our first telephone call to The Mold Guys, Kay completely put our minds at ease with her vast knowledge and experience of mold removal. Kay sincerely cares about her clients and she is wonderful! She kept in touch with us throughout the entire process! First Kay arranged for one of their specialists, a terrific gentleman named, Drove to inspect our home for mold. To our pleasant surprise Drove was amazing to work with. He really knows about mold and what it takes to eliminate it safely and completely. After Drove's inspection, he presented us with a very thorough report and a reasonable quote for the complete mold removal in our home and he assured us that the removal of the mold would be completely safe and we did not need to leave our home while The Mold Guys' team did the mold removal. A few days later a crew of 3 fine gentlemen, Justin, Abdual and Michael arrived at our home. They put down runners to protect our carpets and floors and were very friendly and respectful. Within a few hours, they removed the moldy materials, cleaned and scrubbed the entire crawl space and left an air scrubber with us for 2 days which continued to purify the air as an extra precaution. Before they left, they also vacuumed our carpets and washed our floors leaving our home nice and clean. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend, The Mold Guys! The Mold Guys are truly a blessing!
