My husband has had pneumonia 6 times in six months due to some health issues. When we found out we had mold in our attic, we were concerned that this was part of the underlying issues. The Mold Guy staff prioritized our job, was responsive with email exchanges and delivered everything that was on the quote. The staff were friendly and clear about the work that was done. They even arranged a lab test to determine what type of mold was present. I would recommend The Mold Guy for any remediation needs you may have.

We had the misfortune of finding mold in our basement carpets over the holidays. We gave the Mold Guy a call and they had a team over the next day to give us a quote. They gave a detailed quote with 2 potential ways to proceed. Remove flooring only, or a floor to ceiling gut job. We chose option 2. They had a crew of guys, very professional. (Listen to great music,) over the next day to get going. It was pretty clear early on that the basement was built like a tank several times over and the 2 days they had quoted for would clearly not be enough to remove all the construction material. . Not their fault. Just bad luck on our end By lunch time on day three, I started to get nervous. it didn't look like the destruction phase would get done in time to clean things up. I couldn't afford to add another day to the job. This crew of guys (I honestly can't believe I forgot names. These dudes were great) worked all day and all night. I think it was 2am before they rolled out. Only to arrive the next morning to start the cleaning process. I brought in a third party Air tester to test the new clean air, and his results showed very minor remnants. Ross sent the crew back the next day to scrub everything down again and run the fogger for a few hours. Not a question was asked. They came and went and the follow up test passed with flying colours. I'm not sure why it took so long to write this review. But I would definitely recommend The Mold Guy. even though it's never the easiest decision to make when a company like this is required. So so great. I have been looking to buy a house, but have a severe allergy to mold. Ross came in to do an inspection before we put in an offer 3 times, the results always came back quickly and were easy to understand. I met Ross on the last inspection and he took me around the house, showing me specifically areas of moisture, and giving me ideas on how to repair. On one occasion we were very tight for time, so I booked a rush order and they had my results to me by the next afternoon! I also just want to mention that Kay was the one helping me figure out my rush order, and was also fantastic. My mom has recently found what looks like mold in her house. As well, my boyfriend and I finally found a house and need to have one more inspection done. We will 100% be using this company for both issues. I am so impressed with their service and could not be more pleased! Thanks Ross and Kay!

This company was wonderful to deal with, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. The job was done quickly by 4 hard working guys to complete the work over 2 days. Ross obviously is very experienced and answered many questions to my satisfaction. Kate and Brittany in the office were also very helpful. ( Another company came in first and gave me a ridiculously high quote for this job.) Very helpful group of people!

They provided a quote and did the work for the quote. They were very professional and personable. The insurance company approved them as well. They completed the work on a timely basis.

We had mold in our attic and one bedroom. Two of their guys came in and cleared it all out in about four hours. They were friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the work done.

The mild guy that came to our house was very personable and professional. He checked our entire house for any problems. He suggested preventative measures and easy fix solutions. We were lucky and didn't have a problem but his assessment put our minds at ease.

Our attic needed to be mold free before attic insulation was installed. The Mold Guy team was very knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. I hired them for this job, because the year before they checked out our basement when I was worried we had a problem, and they didn't suggest work because the inspector didn't feel it was warranted. They don't try to panic you, the way I've heard some other mold companies do.
