Great service. We had a mold issue on the inside sheathing of our attic. Arrived on time, killed the mold, coordinated with my contractor on repairs needed inside the attic. Solid follow up afterwards. I would recommend.

Initial contact with company was pleasant and efficient. Kay was a pleasure to deal with. Expert, Ross, came to inspect at exactly the agreed to time, I didn't have to wait for him. He did a very thorough inspection and reviewed the previous inspector's report. The remedial team came out the next day and worked quickly to clean everything up, went above and beyond by "fogging" the condo. I received the certificate within minutes of paying. Overall a smooth professional and pleasant transaction. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Needed mould remediation for my parents' home and received a few quotes. Kay was very helpful and patient with answering my many, many questions. Ross did the same for my hard-to-please parents. Their price is more than the other companies ($2300 vs $1500), but compare very closely what is included in the price that you are quoted. This company was the only one that provided a written quote as to the exact services you will receive. The Mold Guy was very thorough with the job, and actually did what they promised (and more!). Highly recommended!

Quick, professional service. From the start of the job until completion, Ross was professional, took his time to answer any questions and did a great job at cleaning up after.

Kay did an excellent job explaining the process and answering my questions up front. The quote was provided and no additional costs up front. I had asked them to setup an isolated area around the attic hatch because it was my 4 year old's bedroom and didn't want anything getting into the room. Kay did explain it wasn't required but they would still do it. The day of the work the guys were on time and started to setup very quickly. They did not setup an isolated area but did cover most of the area with plastic. They also required to work in the bathroom as they needed the water for the solution. They finished the job fairly quickly and left once completed. They did a quick cleanup and left. After they left I checked the bathroom and it appeared they did not cleanup the area very well. In the bathtub there was white paste in numerous areas and a film. I bath my children in the tub so I was concerned. I did call Kay and she apologized and would send the guys back to properly cleanup as that is their process and they have cleaning supplies specifically for this. When the worker returned he asked what the problem was so I explained. He had nothing with him at all. He asked for paper towels and cleaning supplies. He did a quick wipe down. After he left I ended up doing a thorough cleaning just to be sure. It sounds like there was a disconnect between what Kay had described the workers do and what they actually do in terms of cleanup. I also did notice on the Concrobium website it actually says the Stain Remover they use is scientifically proven to detach mold growth from the surfaces allowing efficient removal by HEPA vacuuming. I spoke to I believe the owner or manager and he assured me it's not required. Yes there could have been a bit more thorough cleaning done, but overall the results and experience were good. I would still recommend them. As with any solution you have to do your research.
