    Attic and crawl space

    Healthy home...healthy family, I say. I was quite upset when "I"discovered mold in my new home (home inspector we hired was negligent). When buying your new home make sure your home inspector knows what they are doing and are competent. The Mold Guys have given me and my family peace of mind. They remediated the mold. The techs were super...thank you Lucas and Spencer! Thank you Kay...you have been so helpful.

    Mold remediation

    The Mold Guy was called to assess and remediate mold in three areas of the basement. They identified a couple of different sources, and remediated the areas in a timely manner. The workers were professional, and the work done was very good, exactly as outlined in the quote. We had the confidence to move forward and make repairs as necessary, without spending unnecessary money. Thank you to all.

    Mold removal

    They did a great job. We needed a certificate for our bank. They professionally completed the job and provided us the needed documentation. We had a great experience with their whole team. The workers were professionals and did a nice clean job. Kay in their office is great to talk too and she booked our job fast.

    Attic Mold Removal

    From the first call to the after-work followup email from the company (and every call in between), dealing with The Mold Guy was easy, pleasant, helpful and professional. During the very first visit (free assessment), Ross walked through entire home making observations and suggestions how to improve ventilation and insulation to address the root causes of mold. He also very clearly explained the mold removal process and answered all my concerns. On the day of the work (at 4am in hot August), 3 friendly guys showed up, setup, took "before" pictures, and got it done in about 4 hours. The results were transformational! Mold blackness is gone, wood sheathing is clear, and the attic is certified mold-free. I am now in progress of taking care of the root causes, so that the attic stays that way. Thanks Mold Guy(s). UPDATE: Two years after roof vents upgrade and improvements to attic insulation and softfit, the attic remains mold-free as per followup testing.

    mold removal

    To make a long story short these guys are awesome! I had the sale of my house closing in 2 days and They rearranged their schedule so I could meet my time line. The guys arrived on time 4am and were happy go lucky from the start. The work was great and the house was sold. Kay from the office was great help and answered all the questions I had even the one I didn't think of. If you have a mold problem and need it fixed it would be foolish not to use the Mold Guys!     Mold Remediation in basement

    Mold was discovered in our basement on an inspection. We contacted three different companies on Homestar but went with the Mold Guy because of the level of customer service. Kay responded immediately when we called. She was friendly, informative and explained the whole process in detail. We got a quote and onsite inspection within 24 hours. The work was done carefully by a friendly crew headed by Phillip. Ross, the owner dropped by, to see how the work was going. They were amazing!!!!

    Mold in Attic

    Contacted the Mold Guys and from first contact felt confident in their abilities. The inspector arrived on time, and even more surprising the Work Crew were on time, given they started at 4.00AM because of Summer Time heat. The crew were knowledgeable, taking time to once again explain the process. They protected floors and left everything clean after completing the project. Before and after photos were provided as promised. All in all a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    Mould inspection

    This is the second time we have reached out to The Mold Guy for their honest advise/assessment. Our first experience was amazing - our second... was more of the same. From a prompt response to my email query, through the booking process and (of course) during the inspection, the team was courteous, respectful and honest. Our previous experience required considerable work to remove long-standing and previously undisclosed mould issues. Then, an unfortunate event led us to believe we might (again) be forced into a significant work effort. Thankfully, that was not the case. Ross was diligent and thorough and his final assessment allowed us to breathe a sigh of relief. I would recommend The Mold Guy to anyone. Period.

    Inspection and Air Quality Test

    Booking was easy and tech arrived on time. They arrive in a unmarked car which is fantastic. Ross was thorough and honest with his visit. Gave us some pointers as to how to keep mold free. No remediation needed but I would feel confident to continue to work with them if there was an issue.
