    Mold Remediation

    The team at The Mold Guy was amazing! Very good service and professionalism! They did the work they promised and kept the area very clean with their tarping. We were very concerned with getting the whole house dirty because we have an infant and my wife is pregnant. But these guys closed of the area and the rest of the house was not affected at all! Not a spec of dust!

    Attic Mold

    During the home inspection of the house we recently purchased, mold was detected in the attic. We received a quote from another company in 3 stages, dry ice remediation, insulation removal, and adding new insulation. We were quoted about 6K for the work. I did some research and found The Mold Guy. I spoke with Kay who was very informative, friendly and took the time required to reassure me that I was in good hands. The appointment was booked quickly. The workers arrived on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after the process. They provided a clean air certificate, and before and after pictures. I felt relieved it was done so quickly, and did not have to worry about my family being exposed to the mold. The cost was very reasonable and the process did not require us to replace the insulation, saving us 3K. I highly recommend The Mold Guy.

    Mold inspection

    We have had The Mold Guy in to our house twice and are extremely impressed with their expertise and their service. We are in a new construction home and there were some issues with moisture behind one of the walls. The Mold Guy inspected the site, identified the issue, and then treated it successfully. We had them back to inspect another area later. Kay in the office, and Russ / Lucas know their stuff and are incredibly generous with their time. Highly recommend!!

    Attic Mold Removal/Remediation

    The Mold Guys arrived at my door within 24 hours to remediate 'some evidence of mold in the attic'. Such a relief as everyone worries about mold in their home. Awesome young men worked diligently and finished without mess. Thank yousooo much.

    Air Quality Testing

    We just recently purchased a new home, and our Home Inspection uncoverd some potential mold issues in our Attic. We contacted the Mold Guy and were thrilled with the service and communications with the company. Our results of the Air Quality test were promptly provided along with some excellent options for remediation. I would definatley recommend The Mold Guy to anyone with any mold issues in theor home. Top notch service!

    Mold Detection & Removal

    People came on time (actually a little early). They explained what they were going to do. Were very friendly. What I liked was that they disposed of everything they took out of the cold storage room.

    air quality test

    My sister developed bronchitis from the air in the basement apartment so we needed it to be tested to confirm the source of the issue. The Mold Guys representative showed up right on time and was very organized and professional. Whole thing took 15 minutes tops and he was extremely pleasant to deal with as well. I'll be using them in the future.

    Attic Mold Removal

    Mold in the attic can be every homeowners nightmare. One cold winter day, I've heard water dripping sound from the bedroom ceiling. Went up to the attic with curiosity and found serious mold colony and water drips from every corner of the roof. Without any hesitation, made few calls and found Mold guy. Talked to the lady named Kay and she gave me all the details of what need to be done and have answered all my questions. She also understood the urgency and have booked a cleaning session just few days after the call. 2 men visited and attempted to clean the attic. Unfortunately the city went under the extreme cold alert on the day they visited and the spray used to eliminate the mold was not effective in the weather condition. Have talked to Kay again and she scheduled for another session without any charge for the first visit. All the mold have been cleaned on the second visit and I've been informed about the cause of the water drips in the attic and what needed to be done to eliminate. Would like to thank Mold guy to removing the mold in my attic with such a professionalism and the courtesy to inform each steps and following up.

    Mold inspection

    I was very impressed with the mold guy. Ross was extremely helpful, thorough and informative. Everything was explained to me and my options were clearly laid out. I would highly recommend their services.

    Mold testing

    Our experience with The Mold Guy was exceptional. They're excellent communicators, have the ability to advise in an educated manner and deliver a state-of-the-art service at an extremely reasonable price. Lucas, the professional who visited our condo, was very knowledgeable, friendly and procedure-oriented. He used an infrared camera to analyze the areas with the most moisture (behind walls, under floors) before selecting the best locations to test for mold. We received our results within a couple of days and the team at The Mold Guy remained in great communication the entire time. The report was comprehensive and explanatory, detailing which types of molds were found where, and in what quantity. We'd definitely recommend The Mold Guy to anyone we come across who suspects mold in their home. Especially after calling numerous other testing services in the GTA and discovering they charge 5-fold more for a test that was identical, and a possibly less extensive report.
