    Bathroom reno

    My clients bath tub had leaked for a year or so, when I removed it there was quite a bit of mold so I called the Mold Guys right away. They were fast, clean and very respectful to my clients.

    Surface mold on attic door

    There was surface mold on attic hatch was his finding. He inspected all areas and provided through recommendations. Very informative and helpful. Very pleasant nature as well. Never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional. Keep up the great work!!!

    mold removal

    I am very pleased the service and the work that we received from "The Mold Guys". First I would like to thank Kay for her excellent custom services. She listened to our needs, and quickly arranged the schedules to fit our timeline. I was very impressed with her super pleasant manner and efficient management skills. Kay sent a young team to our house. The team leader Alan was a very reliable, truthful and hardworking guy. He explained to me what would be the procedures from the start to the end. He and other two young guys were an energetic work team. They cooperated well and delivered a good job. They cleaned everything after finishing the job. I would recommend the other people to use “The Mold Guy”. Thanks to Kay and the Alan team!

    Mold inspection

    Excellent and prompt service. Kay was great. I had forgotten to leave a cheque and wasn't able to answer the phone call at the time of service due to a meeting. They still preformed the work and I was able to call Kay back with payment later that night. When does that ever happen- thank you guys!!

    Mold removal in bathroom and basement

    Our recent experience with "The Mold Guys" was excellent from beginning to end... both my husband and I were impressed with the guys sent to do the job....they arrived on time, were very friendly and had an excellent work ethic. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.

    Attic Removal

    My process started with Kay who was very honest and upfront from the get go. She took the time to to explain possible causes, remediation and prevention thoroughly. After I was provided a certificate and after work report with before and after pictures. Overall I was very satisfied with level of service and work performed. You Rock!

    cleaned my whole attic space from mold

    The mold guys were wonderful. Someone came to inspect it and the next day fit me in to do the job. I was having my attic filled with new insulation in a couple of days and they fit me in to clean the mold before that job, so I did not have to rebook. They cleaned the whole attic.They showed a before and after. They were neat and tidy, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

    Mold removal

    I discovered a really bad mold problem in a rental suite I'm living in. The problem and symptoms are further magnified because I suffer from Lyme Disease. Kay was very understanding of my condition and sent a crew as soon as possible and took every step to make sure I was taken care of.

    Attic mold removal

    I called The Mold Guy company and spoke to Kay who was very efficient. Then Ross came by for the assessment and he explained the different options and the process. I had three quotes and The Mold Guy was the best. The two guys came out to do the work and they were very polite and efficient. Within a couple of days I received an email with all the pictures (before and after) and the certificate of completion. I am very happy with the price, service and follow up.

    Basement mold removal

    ‎The mold guys..a strategic company well organised and very reliable..like any other company there a secretary or a receptionist..but Ms. Kay Anderson is far more than any of that. She is thoughtful and helpful and I couldn't have chosen a better company to save  me the frauds and overly expensive companies that roam the Internet.  Ross the technician is truly an educated gentleman and it would be hard to find a man  as dedicated and committed to his job as he is. He is thorough and ‎a great teacher, at the end of my consultation I felt truly educated in prevention and eradication of MOLD . ‎His crew  is as committed and educated as he is and for me going forward and any other home or company that's looking for complete satisfaction.
