    mold service

    ross is a very friendly and professional guy. no complaints, and would highly recommend. punctual and attentive, ross gave us the straight goods on house condition in a timely and thorough manner.

    Mold remediation

    After moving boxes in the basement, of our older home that was renovated in the eighties, I noticed black mold on the wall. Not a good sign. I contacted Ross, the Mold Guy, to find out if this was a bigger problem. After a thorough inspection, several other areas that I did not originally notice were found. Now that we knew about these mold issues, we had Ross and his team start work on the basement, which included removing all drywall and insulation. As a result of removing the drywall several other hidden mold and moisture sites were found behind the insulation and vapour barrier. The work performed by the Mold Guy was completed quickly and professionally, with team members always being available to answer any of our questions, and now our basement mold problem is resolved.\

    Mold Removal

    Very pleased with the service experience I received. Crew was very respectful and through from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, anytime they need mold removal services.

    Mold Removal

    Ross and his company did a great job helping us to remove our basement bedroom carpet and subfloor (that turned out to have mold growth underneath one area) and the carpet (with an area affected by a previous leak) in the basement living room. In the process, the crew was efficient and considerate. They also took out moldy shelves and cleaned out other basement storage areas and did a follow up quality air test (with air samples tested in another certified lab) for our house. Now we know that our basement is safe and clean. Their price is reasonable. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

    Mould Inspection

    Needed a mould expert to assess our mould situation in a rental unit. Determined no immediate health risk and recommended we do some work. very knowledgeable indeed... Will complete the work when we can.

    estimate for mold removal

    The mold "expert" Ross was terrible. I had called the office before he came and they said the $150 could be applied towards work done on the home. When Ross came, he had almost nothing to say regarding recommendations for fixing the problems, and he didn't recommend his company for removing mold and painting my bathroom ceiling because it would be "way too expensive". I could have saved $150 and the aggravation by having the office tell me this before Ross came. Terrible company...they will take your money and do nothing for you.

    Wow.... a zero. I suppose that there will be customers that agree to the inspection fee , only to find out that they don't have a big mold problem. If you didn't think that you were getting your moneys worth I would have gladly waived the fee, in fairness though I saved you thousands in work that didn't need to be done and I did inspect your ENTIRE home as you requested.     Mold Remediation and Inspection

    We discovered mold in our attic and were very fortunate to come across this company. Right from the start when I called and spoke to Kay, I felt I was in competent and caring hands. Kay made me feel at ease, quoted me a very reasonable price that was much better than another competitor's and scheduled our mold remediation for a few days later. The guys showed up promptly and did their job very thoroughly and professionally, with very little disturbance to us and our pets. We received our report and pictures a couple of days later, everything was great and we were very happy. But this is not the end of the story. A couple of months later we decided to sell our home. The prospective buyer brought a home inspector who called out mold in our attic! Needless to say I was absolutely shocked, so I promptly called Kay again and explained my predicament - how could this be?? Again, with her calm, friendly and reassuring demeanor, Kay took matters in her own hands, pretty much cleared Ross's calendar for the next day, and Ross himself came to inspect our attic again, and might I add, without wanting a penny for it. Obviously there was absolutely no mold, and Ross even put this down in writing on another report, which not only demonstrates a commitment to standing by the quality of their work, but also a willingness to help customers above and beyond the call of duty. The prospective buyer was satisfied and ended up putting an offer on the house. There are many other things I could add about what a great experience it has been for me to deal with Ross and Kay, and how helpful and genuinely kind they are, but there's no room here! I'll just close by saying DO NOT HESITATE to call them and use them. You will NOT regret it. Signed, A happy, mold-free home seller!

    attic mold removal

    I am a realtor and have recommended Ross and his team to several clients. They did an excellent job in removing the mold that was present in my clients attic. They were courteous, and clean and saved thousands from the original home inspection. report. I would highly recommend this firm for any mold issues again

    Mold Inspection

    I have a rental property that recently have water damage and my tenant was very worried of mold issue. Ross came out a few hours after my call and gave me a detailed assessment and answered all my tenants mold concerns! Now we can all rest with ease :)

    Mold removal

    We had a bit of attic mold, which interfered with the sale of our home. The Mold Guy removed the mold quickly, completely, and cleanly. We are very happy with the work, and Kay brings true professionalism to her field. Her customer service skills are amazing.
