    Mold Inspection

    Ross came to my house and inspected the water damage in our laundry room. Ross cut the Mold away on the spot and was very inexpensive. A very Honest fellow.

    Mold removal

    A house inspection found mold in the attic of our home. The mold guy crew came in and took care of it quickly, with no mess and little disruption to the household . The before and after pics along with a certificate helped the sale of our home go on without a problem. Thanks guys

    Mysterious leaking

    Seven plumbers did not discover what Ross found in no time. In Additional to Ross' high degree of competence, he, Kay, and Erin are very personable and dedicated people. Many thanks!

    Mold Services

    I was very pleased with this service. I had a concern with mold developing in the basement floors (after it had flooded previously) Ross was very thorough and knowledgeable and provided me with helpful suggestions to improve and remedy my situation. I have that peace of mind now and don’t need to worry anymore ? Vanessa

    Mold Remediation in Basement

    I was impressed by the way that the crew worked, they were efficient, pleasant & clean. My mold was accurately diagnosed and taken care of, and I am happy to say we are mold-free. Ross (who initially came to diagnose the problem) was clear and straightforward, and addressed all my subsequent questions promptly and effectively). The people from The Mold Guy (staff in the office as well) understand customer service, and took care of any issues I had after the work was done, immediately. I would recommend this company (particularly as good customer service and follow-up is rare in this day & age). It is such a pleasure to live in my house now - the air is clean and my allergies are beginning to subside (thank God).

    Attic

    After reading all the Homestars reviews, we knew that Ross was the one to call about our attic. He came promptly, did a thorough inspection, and then explained his approach, clearly demonstrating his knowledge and experience, but in a relaxed way, which put us at ease from the beginning. The problem was then quickly and effectively remedied, by Lucas and his team of competent workers, without a big fuss. Thank-you Ross for your expertise, professionalism and excellent service. Your recommendations, flexibility and answers to all our questions were greatly appreciated!

    mold removal

    We had a mold problem in our "cold room" in the basement. My wife was actually quite upset by it and a call to The Mold Guy helped alleviate her concerns. They came to assess the situation a couple of days later and we booked them for the job. They were to come about 2 weeks later to do the work. The morning of the job I received a phone call that 2 employees had called in sick and I was asked whether the job could be rescheduled as they were short-staffed. I explained that I had taken the day off work to be there and could not take another day. I was told to give them half an hour to see what they could do. 30 minutes later I received a call that they had 2 other guys on the way to my house. The 2 gentlemen did a good job. They were polite and professional. Unfortuately during the course of their work one of the lights in the cold room (the line) got damaged. When I explained what happened, someone was there the next morning to not only repair it but add an extra light fixture at no charge. I judge a company on not being "perfect" but in being able to properly address any concern or problem that may arise. The Mold Guy did this with flying colours and I could not recommend them more.

    Mold Removal from Attic

    I am a realtor and needed to have mold removed from a house ASAP. Kay and Ross coordinated and had the job completed in a timely manner. Their professionalism, attention to detail and level of service surpass a 10 out of 10. Even down to the after sales, I had a few questions and concerns about another issue not related to the job, and they were both ready to answer. As for the job I had completed, started promptly and finished in a timely manner. Would highly recommend their service. Thanks again Kay and Ross!!!!

    Mold Detection

    The whole experience was great! Their Office Manager, Kay, responded to my email message within 24hrs. She then listened attentively, and shared information on mold that helped me distress and reassess the severity of this situation. Second, the company was able to send someone out on the weekend. It was perfect, cause then my husband and I didn’t need to take time-off work. Third, the person they sent, Ross, was phenomenal. Although our mold turned out to be such a small job that didn’t require MoldGuy’s involvement, Ross spent time talking to my husband and showing him where the mold was, how to remove it, what products were effective, and why this problem occurred in the first place. Thank you MoldGuy, for being there when we needed it.

    Bathroom

    Fantastic service! Sent photos of what we thought was mold only to be told a good scrubbing and repainting would suffice. Saved a whack of time and cash too as the service was free.
