    Attic and Bathroom Mold Removal

    A company is only as good as its people and thus, this company is, without a doubt, exceptional! I requested their services for attic and bathroom mold and was completely satisfied. From the office staff/director to the inspector and on-site team, I not only received a very high degree of professionalism and expertise, but also empathy, HONESTY and valuable tips/recommendations. I remain especially grateful to Kay, Matt and Phil for providing A+ service with a huge heart!! Definitely, a trustworthy company I would highly recommend!

    Attic mold removal

    Hi, I got attic mold removal services from the company and I couldnt be more happy that I chose them for the work. I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, quality of service, communication and overall service. They were patient to answer all my questions before and after the service and were right on time on the day of service. The service was completed in a timely manner and details were shared with me soon after. They took care of everything and I didnt have to worry about anything. Would highly highly recommend them without a second thought.

    Quality and reliability

    Smith & Tkaczuk Housing Management has been working closely with the Mould Guy for several years and have nothing but positive things to say about the company. Their staff is well trained and incredibly professional. The owner of the company has brought an incredible amount of knowledge and valid information to the buildings.     Attic mold removal

    Excellent experience. They were fast, on time, friendly, considerate and thorough. And after getting several quotes, I can say their prices are also very competitive. Our attic is now mold-free, and they also gave us a clear idea of how to fix the air circulation issues that created the problem in the first place. Highly recommended.

    mold detection perfection

    We were concerned that some family members had mold exposure symptoms in certain areas of the house. We tested in 4 places, and felt a real peace of mind when the tests came back negative. The service was timely and quick, friendly and informative.

    Inspection for Mould

    In the past year, our family has hired The Mold Guy on two occasions to inspect a couple of concerning areas. Both times we were reassured to find out that the areas were not mould - just efflorescence on a wall adjacent to a window in my daughter's home, and yellow moisture spots on the ceiling of our upstairs washroom. Russ had already kindly lent his expertise and reassurance via pictures, but we decided to have someone inspect in person after finding some additional spots. Matt came out to our home this week and was both knowledgeable and polite. Kay and Brittany are warm and friendly to deal with when you phone this company. Thank you to The Mould Guy!

    Mold Inspection

    Really fast service. This company is very responsive and explains every part of the process from start to finish. The technician that comes out is very knowledgeable and addressed all the areas I was concerned about. Luckily I didnt need mold removal, but if I ever do, I would use them!

    Professional and honest

    Great experience! My tenant was complaining about mold they found in the bathroom and all over the window sills. I called another company who told me it was going to cost over $1000 to remove it. I called the Mold Guy for a second opinion and they were able to send someone to check it the next day. Turns out it could be cleaned by the tenant and even explained how to keep it from returning. Professional and honest service! I would recommend calling them first!

    Attic Mold Removal

    We were required to remove the mold from the attic prior to the closing date on the sale of our home. They were super professional and very quick, booked on Thursday and done within 2 hrs on Monday morning! Very efficient and cleaned up after themselves! Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and very helpful! Thank you for everything! They provided a certificate at the end which was amazing!

    Attic Remediation

    Call Kay and she'll make the mold go away. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with The Mold Guy. Kay was very detailed and understanding of my situation and got my situation resolved quickly. Would definitely use them again!
