We had mold in our cold cellar from a vent pipe that was unknowingly closed off by the previous owner. The Mold Guys came and gave us valuable information about the issue, it's cause, and the solution. They were back a week later and completely removed and took care of the issue. Their communication throughout the job from contact to completion was the best I've ever experienced. If they were running a little late (we're quite a ways from their office) we got a call letting us know. Very thankful we went with this team. Thanks!Answer from pro:

The process was easy and quick from initial contact with this company to final invoice. The quote was fair compared to others I recieved and I'm confident the mold is gone. The removal techs who showed up were friendly, quick and very helpful in explaining the cause of the mold and their recommendations for fixing the root issue. They left my house spotless and I didn't have to do any cleanup behind them.Answer from pro:

Wow! What wonderful service with kind humans. They protected all of our furniture before starting work, they were compassionate about our neighbours and parked away from the house as we were in a tight laneway. We got out certification and clearance cert promptly after the work with pictures showing the completed task. From the time we called til the work was done was within 24 hours. After extensively renovating ou home, we decided to check the air quality and look specifically for mold. The Mold guy company came highly recommended by our home inspector whom we have been using for over 20 years. The Mold Guy and his team were very quickly responsive, explain to us at length what was going to be done and how. The day of the test , the contractor was running half an hour late and we really appreciated the fact that he called us to inform us of the potential delay and even offered to reschedule if this was going to be not convenient (very few people out there show such respect of the client's time) . Wanted mold removed from our cold cellar. We had an inspection and had helpful ways of keeping the mold at bay. Went ahead with the removal. The crew were amazing. Arrived early. The mold was removed and everything was cleaned up. Left everything smelling like a breath of fresh air. Would definitely used them again and would highly recommend The Mold Guy.Answer from pro:
