The renovation included opening the living space, replacing all floors and redoing the kitchen and bathroom. The work crew was very skilled, accommodating, patient and pleasant and were willing to explain and advise us when we were uncertain about anything. Upon completion the worksite was properly cleaned. The company is willing to follow up on any matters that may need further attention.

It was emmense pleasure to work with Ehab and his team. They always arrived on time and get an assignment done before an estimated timeline, the project had couple of requirements to accomplish which QLevel’s team finished within required protocols. Ehab and his team did an incredible job on our large project of renovating the upstairs and main level of our home. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and went out of their way to give us everything we were looking for. Ehab and his crew were so helpful with figuring out a good layout for our complicated basement situation. In the end, we have exactly what we needed from the space. It’s functional and beautiful, and a year later, it’s still as perfect as it was when it was brand new. It was easy to communicate with them, and they worked quickly and considerately. We would absolutely hire them again.

We hired Level Q to renovate our two-storey home : two bathrooms, a powder room, a laundry room, new flooring and paint throughout, a new staircase, and garage insulation. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Ehab is easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and offers a professional, considerate, and personable service. Everyone who worked on our house was courteous, and did top-notch work. We are most impressed with the attention to detail, and the ease with which we could communicate with Ehab. Level Q is an excellent company, highly professional and more importantly a trusted company. We had gone through plenty of other contractors, and obtained many different quotes. We had the opportunity to go with other contractors, However boy am I glad we took our time in researching these other contractors--not only did they have bad time management, but they didn't show up to jobs , performed a terrible job and took client's money and ran off without completing the job. Level Q is NOT like this at all !!, Ehab the CEO of Level Q, is a smart, knowledgable, creative, attentive, trustworthy individual who sincerely cares in performing not just a job well done but to perform quality work with quality products. He helped us through every step and provided his recommendations along the way. His team was also a pleasure to have in our home, they were trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. We loved his father, who assisted us in every aspect of the job and is very very knowledgeable. The work that was done in our home was top to bottom-- new flooring, new bedrooms, new bedroom closets, new 3 piece washrooms, new custom made kitchen with beautiful white tiles and cabinetry with the addition of open concept living room and dining. Basement was also done new flooring, 3piece washroom, laundry and wash, 1 bedroom with huge closet (and more)--- Everything was done according to my family and I's dream. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned (he even showed us how it would look using 3D equipment). During the entire process Ehab kept us up to date and on budget with everything. Ehab's pricing was comprehensive with no surprises. Our favourite part of this whole process was not only how the kitchen turned out (which is our favourite part) but how we gained a family in whom we have no affiliation with. During the project, Ehab and his team would include us in every aspect of the project. He made us not feel like we were strangers in our own home. They had respect, amazing customer service and always communicated effectively about everything. He met every deadline , and even followed up after the whole project was completed. We recommended Level Q to everybody, especially the ones who like to converse and interact with people. We couldn't be more happier then to select Ehab and his team. I am very please with my new kitchen and the whole main level looks amazing. Ehab made sure that everything was done the way I wanted. Drawings come back with a pillar at the island after a wall was taken down which I didn't want. Ehab found the solution to get rid of the pillar. Level Q is a reliable and respectful company that anyone who hires them would not regret their decision.

We purchased a 2750 sq foot home that needed a lot of updates and were looking for a contractor who we could trust, who would deliver top quality, on time and within our budget. We interviewed a few and decided on Ehab and the Level Q team. During the surveying and quote process, Ehab showed he knew what he was doing, understood our ideas and what we were looking for and discussed the possibilities. We wanted to convert one large bathroom into two, change the layout of another bathroom, update the powder room, take down a wall & fireplace and replace the tile in our kitchen and foyer. Every member of the level Q team was exceptional - from demolition crew, electrician, plumbers, tiler, drywall and painters. The quality they delivered was outstanding. We were very particular on tiling and the tiler delivered an amazing finish. Ehab was very hands on visiting the site often and very responsive. He was always easy to contact and provided so many great ideas, guided us along every step of the renovation and introduced us to many great suppliers. We couldn’t have done it without him and the Level Q team. Renovations can be stressful, but we had so much fun with ours thanks to Level Q. We are so happy with the quality & finish and the project was completed ahead of schedule. I’d highly recommend Ehab and the Level Q team for any of your renovation needs.

A previous contractor had taken money and not completed the job - and what ever was completed was a total disaster. LevelQ took over the project and fixed it beyond what I could ever imagine. Very professional, friendly, honest and accommodating, but a bit on the expensive side ( you get what you pay for). Thanks guys for the job well done!

I contacted Ehab along with 6 other renovation companies when I purchased my new home. He, along with the other companies, came during a showing (before the closing date) and provided me with a quote. I chose Level Q not only because the quote was great, but because I instantly felt I could trust Ehab in my home. They started work the day after I moved in which was amazing. Every one of the tradesmen that came through my home was extremely respectful and genuine good people. I was home throughout the renovation and always felt comfortable with them being there. The were polite, friendly, and understanding. If I ever had questions about anything during the process, they would explain things in detail while made me very confident about the products they used, and how they were installed. Halfway through the basement renovation I asked if they could renovate my upstairs bathroom as well as I was so impressed with the work so far. Ehab and his team were able to renovate both spaces at the same time. Both jobs were competed on time and for the exact cost that I was quoted. The results were more than I had expected and I wouldn't change a thing. I'm so pleased with the results that I have full intentions of having Level Q renovate my kitchen within the next few months.
