My wife and I decided to renovate our basement to get more living space and a second bathroom. We expected it would be an onerous project given there was no rough-in plumbing for the bathroom, but it turned out to be a far more involved project than we or Level Q expected. There was severe water damage, plumbing issues in the laundry room and general site conditions/access that made this an incredibly difficult renovation. Level Q was great to work with. Ehab solved problems to deal with many of our issues, and when unexpected costs had to be added to the project, Ehab did a marvelous job of trying to keep the costs as low as possible. One area that we would've liked more insight on was a reasonable estimate for duration of the renovation. It took much longer than we expected which in hindsight was not terribly surprising given the extent of the incremental work required. We are thrilled with the finished product. Level Q pays attention to the details and certainly takes pride in the work they do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and would bring them back to my house should I decide to do further work.

Ehab and his staff at Level Q Renovation were a pleasure to work with during the recent renovation of our master ensuite. They did an amazing job and were always polite, professional, fair, conscientious and understanding of any concerns or questions we had. Ehab was always quick in responding to calls or texts and was willing to work around our schedules. He had great recommendations to offer in the planning of this project. Excellent and professional work from the initial quote to the daily clean up of work site. I have been through a lot of home renos and this was by far my best experience. Level Q's honest and excellent communication with me every step of the way was incredible and not something I have not experienced before!

Ehab and his crew did an amazing job on our basement renovation. It’s hard to find professional, trustworthy and hardworking people, but you don’t need to worry with these guys! Ehab was always quick to respond to any questions we had via phone or text, and was always very upfront and honest. They always went above and beyond even with making custom magnetic doors for our crawl space, a custom stain for our stairs to match our flooring, and modifying our vanity cabinet door to fit the sink when it was too big after the store who sold it to us couldn’t find a solution, Ehab and his team did! They’re mostly family, and then he hires outside contractors that he works with and trusts, but everyone was always polite and professional, and we always trusted them even when we weren’t home. We couldn’t be happier with our basement. It is life changing after they gutted the whole thing and started from scratch. We will definitely use Level Q in the future for any upcoming projects. After reading countless reviews in here when deciding on our contractor for our master ensuite we came up with a short-list of companies we wanted to interview. There were a few that impressed us, but after our first meeting with Level Q (Ehab) we knew he was our guy, and just hoped that the price would be within our budget, and it was very fair so we were thrilled. The reason we chose Ehab was mainly because he seemed to have both the design and the construction aspect down very well. We had some ideas and he agreed, but he also offered some really great ideas that we hadn't even thought of. I found his crew to be very polite and kept our house as clean as can reasonably be expected. What impressed me most was how accurately everything was installed (My wife has an interior design background and is extremely specific on how she wants things installed). We had a nightmare with a referred contractor who made a lot of mistakes in our powder room and cost us more than we should have spent, so we wanted to do our due diligence with our master ensuite. Ehab was a pleasure to work with, I will definitely call Level Q when we do our kitchen and any other renos, they got it right the first time and we absolutely love our new space. I also attached the before pics so you can see what a dramatic change it was as we moved in a year ago and refused to even use this washroom bc of how bad it was. But now it's our safe haven. I had my condo done quite some years ago. They did an amazing job. But more recently after my two kids, they renovated my mother's basement and again showed consistent level of quality work. Like most construction, it took a littler longer than originally planned but it is their friendly, "common sense" approach that will have me calling them for my next project. For example, after relocating the washer and dryer they rerouted drainage tubing to be more concealed, installed a secondary lint trap at a more practical location, installed a drainage cap that was safer and more aesthetically pleasing. I comment on these simple things because it is often the attention to detail that separates good companies from GREAT ones. They didn't have to do any of those things because that part of the basement was kept unfinished but they did, and made our everyday a little bit easier because of it. Ehab and the rest of the team from Level Q did an excellent job with all the renovations in our home. The quality of their work is what I am most happy with and am glad I chose them to make the style and vision of my home a reality.

Three years ago the Level Q team built a 2 level Trex deck in our backyard. The design is beautiful! This spring we noticed 3 of the boards were lifting and were concerned about possible injury. I contacted Ehab who came over the next day and he agreed that the deck needed repair. He promptly did the repair that afternoon! Now that is customer service! Thank you again for your pride of workmanship and impeccable customer service!

We had an unfinished basement and got a reasonable quote from Ehab. He took me thru the steps of how the reno will go and explained a lot of things which I did not think of. We now have 1 washroom, 1 bedroom and a living space in the basement. The staff were professional and friendly. Nasser was also very helpful in explaining things and giving me a peace of mind. I had a very good experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Level Q to renovate our entire kitchen and install laminate flooring in our basement. We wanted to make over the entire kitchen, include new flooring, new cabinets, relocate all appliances, new sinks and install a nice large island. The entire project took around 8 weeks from start to finish. They always explained to us what they had done by the end of each day, and what would be done on the next day. They also kept our place very clean and tidy. They paid a lot of attention to details, those details weren't just cosmetic stuff, if they found anything doesn't seem right (could be something that the builder did/previous DIY project), they would point it out to us and fixed it properly. For example, after they opened up our floor in our kitchen area, they found a hidden junction box which actually located in our basement's ceiling. They didn't ignore it, they explained to us what bad situation could happen, and the fixed it for us. Before they install the kitchen pot light, they discussed with us throughly to understand what we wanted and told us what are the better options. Finally, we took their advice of the pot light arrangement. They installed additional pot lights in our kitchen without additional charge. They always said making the customer satisfied is the most important, they were willing to chip in extra to ensure that. The cost of their entire project is not the cheapest one out there, I would say it is fair. Other highly rated contractor would quote you a much higher price for the exact same design. Level Q can really deliver high quality craftsmanship. I think that's the most important thing when you choose a contractor, you want someone who can do the RIGHT job for your renovation. We're extremely satisfied with the final product. We will definitely hire Ehab and his team for our next renovation project in the future.
