Roof replacement
OUTSTANDING, honest with his assessment & explanation of work to be done. His crew was beyond my expectation, friendly, hard working, on time & exceptional work #1 in my book. Highly recommended. Roof
We just bought our first house and it needs many renovations but we didn't think we needed to do the roof right away. After a week of beautiful west coast rain, we quickly realized that our roof needed fixing asap. John was awesome to work with and so was his crew. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to do a new roof... plus they managed to get it done in one day! Thank you JMT Roofing!!!

new roof
After getting multiple quotes to replace my roof I choose to go with John at JMT. He took time to explain every step in his process as well the pros and cons of different products.John far surpassed all my expectations both with his great customer service and the finished product. John and his crew had my new roof on in a day ,,, Literally a day !!! i went to work with the ugliest roof on the block and when I came home from work I had the nicest one. John provided me with a perfect estimate as there were no hidden costs and he even took the time after all was said and done to take down my Christmas lights.In my opinion John lived up to the perfect score he has earned on Homestars. I will be using him for new gutters and have forwarded his contact info to my father in-law.I'm a very picky guy and john really came through for me . Thank you John and all of your crew you have made me a truly satisfied customer.

roof
If you are having troubles deciding on a company to roof your home, look no further. John (JMT Roofing) is your man. I just had my roof completed in the langley area a week ago. Calling several diffrent companys in the area, John had one of the cheapest quotes and he always returned my calls right away. JMT was punctual, proffessional, and my roof looks outstanding. I would reccommend their services to anyone.

New roof
Johnny an his crew were awesome we had a leak in my daughters room and a few other spots we could see in the living room. My husband was out of town we had a guy come to check and give quote. When the guy left he said just climb in the attic and put a bucket there for now. I was thinking to myself i just told him my husband is out of town really oh did I mention the leak was in her light. When we called Johnny he came the next day and put a tarp over the leak and gave us a quote. We made several calls for quotes and such, Johnny was the best by far. Many companys wouldn't return my call for days. He would always return my call within the minute and one of the better quotes I recieved. His crew finished the job quickly, very clean covered our patio and pool even used the blower to clean patio and driveway. We are very happy with the job they have done and would recommend them to family and friends☺

Roof
Giving the not so reliable reputation in roofing industry, we are both skeptical and critical when roofers came to do an estimation on our roof which was not done properly 10 years ago by a big company. Suffice to say, we've done our homework this time and checked out everything from materials to use for Ridge Caps, Shingles, Shiplap, Underlays, Chimney Flashings, Ventilations, Metal Valleys to the regulations on how many nails to attach each Shingle to the deck and the sealers to each vent and furnace openings. After a great deal of research, it turns out JMT Roofing has the highest quality for all materials and workmanship, and the price is incredibly competitive. John goes above and beyond to save us money by following the best guidelines of the Industry. His hardworking crews, led by Aaron, performed a seamless standard from beginning to end. We've closely examined all their work and even though we do not give out a perfect 10 easily, we have to say that JMT Roofing earns it out right!

New Roof
JMT has completed roofs on three of our neighbours and they were very pleased with the quality and workmanship. We could see the hard working crew of Keith, Dan and Kale. They were very prompt everyday working through heavy rains and late at night to make sure we were protected. They gave extra attention to every detail. They protected our windows, pool,plants and even our small dog. Every night the yard was left spotless. John was very honest and fair with our dealings, explaining every detail of work. We highly recommend this company for superior work. Our pleasure .to know them. Joe and Marilyn Perez

Re roofing
John, Keith and the boys from JMT came and did a fantastic job on my roof. Like everyone else, I got several quotes from other companies but they did not measure up to JMT. John cares a great deal that the roof meets his high standards while still being very affordable. John also cares about his crew and it shows as they often went above and beyond what was expected from them. Keith and the boys showed up early everyday ready to work. With the shorter winter daylight hours, they often worked into the darker making sure that they cleaned up everyday. I greatly appreciate the job everyone did and I would highly recommend JMT to anyone. Thanks again JMT.

Re-roofing
John Jaswal provides a prompt and good service in re-roofing. He is accessible at all times when he sends his crews over to do the roofing work and the homeowner has questions/concerns. I met quite a few different company representatives that responded to my request for estimates and decided to go with John for the sole reason that I felt more comfortable with his explanation of his quote and he appeared to be knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Issues arose during the roof replacement due to the heavy rains and when I called or emailed John I always received an immediate response. The crew were friendly and tidied up after themselves each day. I will be contracting John to do the yearly maintenance he recommended for the future life of the roof. I would have no problem recommending John Jaswal and his team to any family or friends that are in need of repairs or re-roofing jobs. Honest service and no surprise extra costs. Thanks John!

Roofing
JMT replaced our asphalt shingle roof. John (the owner) is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was open and honest about what work needed to be done & not done, how long the job would take (2.5 days), materials, costs, etc. John proactively called us at the end of each work day to ensure we had a status update on the work completed that day and just to check that we were satisfied. We really appreciated that. The crew was punctual, polite and extremely conscientious. They ensured the work site was cleaned up every night before they left and did a big general cleanup at the end of the job. John even had his crew install an anchor on the new roof so my dad and husband could harness in to safely clean our new roof in the future. We would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend JMT to anyone needing a new roof. If you need a new roof, look no further.
