This is the second time that we have called on the Tree Doctors to take care of our very large Manitoba Maple in the back yard. Last year they came in and did a huge trimming on the tree before the winter. As a result we did not have a single branch fall during the ice storm last year. We had no trouble with our tree at all last winter. So this year we had them come in again and check out our tree and trim back any problematic branches.We feel confident that we have done everything that we can do to protect our property as well as our neighbours. We had 3 quotes from other tree service companies and the quote from the Tree Doctors was the best quote by far. This year we even received a $100.00 coupon which we used last week when they came in to trim the tree. The crew that came in both last year and this year worked efficiently and left the site clean and the tree looks great. They used a cherry picker and a chipper which is key for our backyard because we have a lane way that can accommodate this equipment. We are very happy with this company and have no hesitation in recommending them. It is a nice feeling to look out on my backyard while the wind and snow howls and feel confident that everything is going to be fine.....at least with the tree anyway. :)

When I called around for a company to come dig up some invasive tree species that had sprouted up in my front yard, (but had grown very large very quickly) many companies said my job was too small for them to tackle. Most said they were focused only on big jobs. Tree Doctors was the only company to say yes, they could help me. The estimator, Geoff, came by and gave me a call to confirm we were talking about the correct trees. He gave me some useful information about Sumachs and how quickly they grow. I then called the office to give them my 10% deposit, and they sent someone to do the work the very next day. The man who came to do the job (I believe his name was Sergei), was very friendly, and was careful to double-check with us that he was removing the correct trees (we wanted to preserve some other trees in our yard). He was throrough and hard-working and cleaned up all the mess. I would definitely call them again.

Tree Doctors removed some trees at the neighbor, next door to my parents. Very impressed with their professionalism so I contacted them for my own house. The price was below others, the team was very professional and cleanup great. I highly recommend this company.

These guys did work for my neighbour late last week, justin the foreman Adam and Bryan. They were real gentlemen and hard working. They came and asked if they could enter my property because debris had fallen from the trees and they were going to clean it! We could tell these guys knew what they were doing, awesome work guys.

We contacted 5 companies to come and give us an estimate to have a very large old tree, at least 50ft tall, removed that had a lot of damage from the last ice storm and was continuing to loose a lot of big branches during any significant wind. Only 3 returned our emails to arrange to come and give a quote, Tree doctor was reasonably priced compared to the others, approx in the middle of the other 2. But first impressions and the thorough discussions on everything needed and that would be done, we chose Tree Doctor. From that initial contact, the gentlemen who came and gave us our quote and all our legal/permit requirements, all the way thru to the crew that came out, everyone was great, friendly and very informative to any and all questions/concerns we had. They showed up the day, and time they gave, and were pretty well finished, cleaned up and gone within 2 hours, making sure all the little things were cleaned and taken care of. The office staff and accounting answered all our questions and we received all final responses and receipts promptly as promised. In our situation, everything went as planned and promised, everything that was quoted was completed and with no hidden or extra costs, and in our eyes, the crew was more than professional, respectful and polite with my wife, who was home alone, and was treated as the most important customer they had that day, as every customer should be. Again, our experience, from beginning to end, and with EVERYONE involved beginning to end, was nothing but amazing and we would recommend Tree Doctor to anyone who asked us or that we know needed their services. I have nothing but a positive feedback for the service I received. Tree Doctors provided me with the lowest price AND were the first company to do the assessment of the tree. The crew was professional, polite and efficient. Everything was done in less and a day including a complete cleanup of the back yard. Great company! Highly recommend them to everybody!
