There was both good and bad parts to our experience with this company. The owner Constantine did the estimate, which was thorough and reasonable. The young guys sent to do the work did a great job on the trees, however, they let heavy limbs fall and sever our Internet/cable line. The crew left without cleaning up the debris as agreed, and phone calls were not returned so we were very unhappy. However, another crew showed up several days later to clean up the yard, so in the end we were happy with the work. We just wish the communication had been better.

These guys came out to cut down a tree at my parents place. They moved pretty fast (unlike most other contractors I get to work on the property). Pretty considerate, they cut down some extra brances that were bothering the folks with no trouble. The crew leader kept the guys on the ground on track and work moved surprisingly fast. They even helped me move some patio furniture away from under the tree. No problems with billing (Paid via credit card), affordable [as affordable as tree work in Toronto gets though]. Good guys doing the work, I was impressed enough to write a review.

Toronto Arborist was fast, easy to work with, and very reasonable. We had an old tree that was hanging over our property dropping lots of pollen that we decided to get it trimmed. Sergey and his crew carefully removed the limps and clean up the mess. He's a very friendly guy and easy to schedule. Will work with him again.

Called Tree Doctors out to handle the yearly pruning for my trees as well as offer advice on some problem trees in my yard. Their estimate for services I've used in the past and they were able to get the job done quickly, so I scheduled an appointment. The crew arrived on time and quickly took care of what needed to be done. I took them up on the suggestions on my problem trees and am happy I did. My yard looks great now.

I hired Tree Doctors to do some work around my parents' house since they cannot handle these things on their own. The company met me at the house for a consultation and I was pleased with their suggestions to help keep the property low maintenance for my mom and dad. Everyone we worked with from Tree Doctors was knowledgeable and professional and they even took the time to listen my parents' requests. The job itself was done quickly and they did not leave a huge mess behind, which we've had happen in the past. Will definitely call on them again for my home or my parents' home.

First off I would like to by saying my original inquiry about tree services was taken care of very professionally by a lady named laura in their office. I followed up my call later to put a deposit and I ended up speaking with a very rude lady who was very hard to understand what she was explaining to me. I asked to speak with laura again and she took offense to it and told me she was the only one in the office and that I could find someone else to do the work. Unfortunately I had already given my credit card information and she told me that I would be charged even if no work was done because I "confirmed" it. My other thing that I found interesting is that none of the workers present on my property were even arborists!!!! Two of the three employees said it was their first week and the other told me how undermanned they always are for jobs, including mine. Im not familiar with the equipment but he did say that his boss makes him buy and use his own equipment and if they break anything they will dock their paychecks. This company seems very legitimate on paper and on screen but when it comes to the business aspect of it they are awful and very rude. The employees told me to use someone else next time and I will be taking their advice!!

Very happy with the service we received from Tree Doctors. They gave us a quick quote, fast service, workers were polite and they cleaned up the site. Would def. use them again!

We have two elms, a silver maple and a spruce in our backyard that needed serious pruning. The crew that came to prune our trees did a great job. The workers were punctual, and they worked expertly and efficiently. The job was completed with a thorough clean-up. Thanks again

The Tree Doctors exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. They started with a fair quote, listened to our concerns and addressed them. The men who did the physical work were very professional and worked diligently. They left our property in perfect condition. We are in process of hiring them to do more work.

After the winter storm, I called a few arborists about removing fallen and hanging branches in my yard. A few actually showed up when they said they would. Tree Doctors showed up early to do the estimate and provided a detailed written quote that same afternoon. Their price was competitive and they seemed to be the most reliable of all the companies that quoted. We chose them to do the work, and I am happy we did. The large crew showed up on time with more than enough equipment (they were coming from a larger job). They did the work quickly and cleanly, and were very professional. I also was very happy with the service that their office provided, even calling me to ensure that I received a copy of the invoice. I will use them again.
