We called Muhammad when a member of our family woke up with several bites on her leg and discovered a small amber bug in her bed. When Muhammad came, he did a thorough investigation of the bedroom, examined the bug, which we had preserved in alcohol, and determined that this was not a bed bug infestation. He showed us videos and photographs and informed us what we should look for. He suggested that we purchase mattress and box spring protectors to alleviate our concern. We felt reassured by Muhammad's knowledge and experience and appreciated his decision not to provide treatment without concrete evidence of an infestation. With no further incidents of bugs or bites, we know that his conclusion was the right one. We would recommend him highly for anyone needing an experienced, personable and very educated bed bug specialist.

We unfortunately contracted bed bugs in our 2 bedroom apartment and they threw our life off balance especially because we had a 5 month old child. I initially contacted one of the "big name" companies online and after 2 visits which included heat and steam treatment plus close to 3000$ the bed bugs persisted and continued to stress us out! I finally decided to do some proper research online and this is how I came across Mohamad. I read all the excellent reviews and knew that he was the man for the job. Mohamad was very swift in coming over and within the first hour at our place he was able to find live bed bugs and their eggs all during day light! (the previous company failed to detect any evidence after more than 2 days at our place) Mohamad's approach is extremely meticulous and thorough. He is very sincere in his job and passionate about it. He is an Entomologist by training and so understands their behaviour and where they like to hide! After a couple of treatments Mohamad got rid of the problem for us and now we have returned to our normal lives! He is a very honest person who charges a reasonable price for a complete treatment. Mohamad maintained contact with me after his treatments by email and phone to ensure that our problem was resolved. I cannot recommend him enough for this job. Thanks again!

Our nightmare began in mid February when we discovered several adult bedbugs crawling across the underside of our bedsheet. We panicked, bagged our bedding and pillows and immediately jumped on homestars to look for a bedbug professional. Muhammed was the first person we called based on his excellent reviews. He came the following day for the inspection which was a Sunday and ended up treating our bedroom on Monday, which was a holiday (Family Day) no less. Muhammed went out of his way to help us when he knew we had small children in the home. It turns out we had a major infestation in our master bedroom, one that had likely grown over a 1 year period by his estimation. The signs were there for some time in retrospect but we never once suspected bedbugs! Muhammed was so meticulous in his search for the critters, even finding eggs hiding inside screws on the underside of a side table! He spent 10 hours treating our master bedroom alone. Both of our boy's rooms were inspected as well and as no evidence was found, Muhammed didn't recommend spending money on treating them. Instead, monitors were installed in their rooms and throughout the house. Unfortunately a few days later, one bug was found in our 3 year old's room and also in our living room. That was enough for us to decide to treat all the bedrooms and our main floor as well. Muhammed explained that this was normal given the high level of infestation. We often have all 4 of us sleeping in our bed thus increasing the chances of spreading the bugs throughout the home. He promptly returned and again, spent a significant amount of time inspecting and treating our home. I wish we could say that all was fine after that, but since then we have found a few adults in our master and a baby in our infant son's room. Muhammed has always returned either the same day or the following day to inspect and re-treat. Our master has had a total of 3 different chemical treatments and we are hopeful that it is finally over. It's been a few days now with clean monitors. This experience has been very stressful but Muhammed has been reassuring throughout, calming our nerves with each conversation. He has been honest and understanding and professional at all times. We would most definitely recommend him should someone ever be in a similar unfortunate situation!

Muhammad is awesome at what he does and he is a pleasure to work with! I searched homestars for someone to help with bedbug removal and read many reviews and researched all kinds of techniques. Muhammad's reviews were solid, and I love that he does the work himself in order to ensure a proper job is done. I called him and was not disappointed. He communicated very well and outlined what he needed to do to help my situation. He was extremely thorough with a targeted treatment approach that caused as little disruption as possible to my home- and proved very effective! Now, 3 months later, no signs of any bugs!!

Very honest. I started getting bites and suspected i had bed bugs. I searched the house and found nothing but I decided to go ahead and schedule a bb treatment anyways. I called Muhammad and he said that he didn't want to treat my house if there was no evidence of a problem because he didn't want to take my money unfairly and didn't want to bring chemicals into my house unnecessarily. As soon as he found out i had a baby at home he came right away. He was honest, prompt, patient and kind.

Muhammad was a welcome relief after months of stress. Chasing after bedbugs was like trying to cut the head off a ghost. After endless hours washing clothes, having someone with a dog come in to sniff them out, and hiring another company to do a very expensive toxic spray, Muhammad finally came back from vacation. He stood out from the others by the thoroughness of his inspection, the detailed questions he asked and his careful and honest approach. After a very reasonably priced and informative two hours (more than anyone else had spent looking) he was able to deliver the good news that we no longer had bed bugs. Given his approach, we would definitely recommend him.

Let me start by saying this has been a crazy couple of weeks. I can't believe how a bug so small can turn your life upside down. This is where Muhammad comes in. He is a man that has got my family our sanity back. When we first discovered the problem, he came over the next day. He saw some evidence after a thorough inspection. This is where he excels over the big brand companies. He takes the time to look & answer each & every question you have. He came 2 days later for treatment after telling us how to prepare. I will not sugar coat as the preparation is intense and very stressful (especially if you have a lot of junk) but it enables him to reach all areas that they may be hiding. Muhammad arrived at the time discussed & started working right away. He went on to do his magic for the next 6+ hours keeping me aware of what is going on. Thankfully there was no further evidence of these pests. He fully explained everything in calm & reassuring manner. Muhammad is man with high moral stardards and very understanding to the stress that these things cause. He will answer any and all questions. I had to talk him into selling me the monitors as he said I didn't need them because there were no bugs. What big company would do that. It has been 3 days since treatment with no evidence of these things. I'm confident if anything reappears, Muhammad will be there to take care of it. Highly recommended.
