We're so happy we decided to go with Krys Construction for our basement project. Everything went super smoothly and we're really happy with the final product.

What a terrific experience with Krys, Paulina and their team! I cant say enough about the project. From start to finish we felt supported and comfortable through the whole renovation. I unequivocally recommend Krys Construction to you. We will be calling them again for our next project.

In February 2023 we took on a major renovation to repair a previous renovation done by the former owner. It entailed renovating the second floor and doing a cosmetic renovation to the basement. Here are the three reasons you should work with Krys and his team: Communication is excellent.When you have a concern or a question, Krys is prompt, open and quick to remedy. The project management is tight and runs on a schedule you can rely on. The payment schedule is tied to the work schedule so there are no surprises. You know what to expect, when to expect it and are able to track all the milestones along the way. High quality team of trades people, who take pride in their craftsmanship. Every one on the team that came through our door was professional and highly skilled. The site was always left spotless and the quality of the work, I cannot praise it enough. From the painter, the drywaller, the tiler, every single one was a pro who problem solved and ensured their work was high quality when completed. It was a completely different experience than our past experiences with contractors and a great one at that. Krys is lovely. He is charming, funny but also savvy and very smart. He's put the time in to build and curate an incredible team and it shows. And Paulina... what can you say about Paulina other than she's a fantastic front person for the company who keeps you and the project on track with transparency, humour and wisdom.

From quotation to execution of the job Kryz construction completed the deliverables on time. All of the subcontractors were really pleasant and professional. We were pleased with the outcome and would recommend Kryz construction with confidence.

Krys and his team are the dream team! They were always on time, stayed on schedule and were quick to respond to questions and address any concerns we had. Every trade that worked on our home was courteous, hard working and extremely tidy. There were absolutely no short cuts. It was a pleasure working with Krys and his team. From the first contact I had with Krys, he made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to complete our renovation. All members of our renovation team were very talented, extremely hardworking, and personable to interact with. They did an excellent job making my hopes for our family room, main staircase, master ensuite, and flooring a reality. The new fireplace, wainscoting, and stairs are particularly beautiful and completely transformed our dated areas. Krys and Paulina were readily available to answer any questions as they arose. When I requested a few extra items be added to my project, they were seamlessly integrated without issue. At the beginning of the renovation, Paulina provided a calendar outlining what would unfold during the duration of the project, which was very helpful knowing what to expect on a daily basis. Krys regularly dropped in to check on the project's progression and answer any questions I had. My project was completed on schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend Krys Construction to anyone ready to renovate their home.

Krys and his team is professional and easy to work with. Im an engineer and fairly knowledgeable about basement construction and Krys did a great job. His positive attitude was a refreshing change from the first contractor we fired. When I wanted to add or change something he made the changes with innovative ideas. We ended up expanding the job and adding renos in other rooms and he didnt take advantage and still gave us good prices on the extra work. I wanted a building permit and inspections for peace of mind and Krys took care of the design and submittal. I got several quotes and his price was very reasonable and unlike others, he included everything we wanted up front. Im a bit particular about the way things are done and Im very happy with the finished job and the whole experience! Krys is great to work with.

Krys, and his crew did a phenomenal job with our complete basement renovation. From planning, to scheduling, to the work itself the job was amazing. Krys was very supportive and always ready to answer any questions or solve any issues. Any problems that arose during the project were well communicated and swiftly dealt with.
