Krys and his team finished our basement, and we could not be more pleased! This is the second time we hired Krys Construction for basement finishing, and again we are so happy with the finished product. Quality finishes, good value for the price, and organized, respectful, and efficient! Keeps customers in the loop about dates and schedules with detailed instructions, calendars, and timelines. Krys is always available via email/phone, and very quick response times. Look no further! If youre planning on doing any home renos, Krys Construction is the company you want to call!

We are extremely happy to write a review for our recent experience with Krys Construction. After a lot of research and contacting a few companies back in 2021, we ended up hiring Krys Construction to complete our basement renovation in April/May 2022. Krys knowledge and expertise made us very comfortable hiring him. His quote was very reasonable for the products and procedures he was using. Krys completed a design and in depth quote explaining everything that was to be done. No shortcuts were taken. He assisted in creating appropriate drawings and obtaining our permit with the Town of Milton. Of course with a renovation like this, we had many questions which is where Paulina was the absolute best! She provided a full day by day schedule, as well as all the steps and information we needed to purchase fixtures and finishes and when it would be required by. Krys and Paulina were always available whether by text or email to answer any and all questions we had throughout the renovation. From the very first day meeting Karol, we knew we had picked the right team! Karol installed the subfloor and completed framing and accommodated our work schedule to meet for design and any changes we had. The insulation, drywall/taping, hvac, electrical, plumbing, audio/visual, flooring and trim team came in on schedule and completed the work with top notch results. Wojtek who completed the tile work was very particular and went above and beyond to make sure the design of the tiles we purchased was completed in the right way. Each day after completion, the site was cleaned and organized. Finishing touches were completed by Adam and he was very helpful answering any questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend Krys Construction to anyone who is looking for someone to complete this type of renovation on time and on budget with a stress free experience! Krys Construction was absolutely incredible from start to finish! We received quotes to renovate our unfinished basement from several different contractors and Krys was the best by far. They worked with us to ensure our new basement was everything we wanted, providing expert advice and recommendations, while keeping our best interests top of mind. Krys Construction is a team of artists who put the utmost level of care and expertise into the work they do. They sourced quality materials while staying mindful of our budget. They were remarkably organized and stuck to a strict schedule which ensured all work was completed on time and as planned. The owner Krys is knowledgeable, friendly and honest, and it's clear that he has high standards for his renovation projects. His assistant Paulina was patient, responsive, and client-oriented; helping us feel comfortable throughout the process by maintaining open communication. We hope to work with Krys Construction again for future renovation projects and absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get the most value for their money without compromising quality.

Krys and his team were amazing. He helped draw up plans, navigate the application process with the city and has an incredible team of trades. From demolition to painting at the end, we were impressed with everyone who came into our home. They were quick, kind, helpful, and went out of their way to answer any questions we had. When we noticed sometimes small was off, Krys was always just a quick text away and was on it. The scheduling was fantastic and the basement reno went off like clock work. We would highly recommend them.

As this was our first renovation project, we were new to the process and unaware of the myriad of pieces that needed to be in place to accomplish a project of this size. We found Krys Construction through websites like this and were impressed by the strong reviews that he had. Well, we can tell you now, the reviews are accurate! We are extremely happy with choosing Krys' company and are loving our new basement. Krys and his team are extremely professional and great at what they do. Krys was in close communication with us through the entire process, handled all of our questions immediately and made sure that we were happy with the results every step of the way. Krys and Paulina handled all of the details and organization, kept closely to the schedule and kept on budget. We would highly recommend Krys Construction to anyone, and we look forward to working with him again in the future!

We just moved and wanted to finish our basement. We also were thinking of adding a powder room but didn't know of that would be possible. We struggled to find a contractor that would deliver on what we wanted at the price we wanted but in speaking with Krys, he was able to offer what we wanted at a fair price. Krys and his team were so professional and respectful when it came to taking special precautions during Covid. If we're had concerns or weren't happy about anything, Krys came up with a solution for us and ultimately we have a renovation that we love. Through it all Paulina was there to guide us through the process as the goto person to solve any scheduling issues that presented itself! We couldn't be happier with the work! If you want quality at a fair price, I would recommend Krys Construction without hesitation!

Krys and his team did a great job on our basement renovation from completely un-finished to totally finished in about 6 weeks. His entire team was very organized and stuck to a calendar schedule laid out by Krys and his assistant Paulina, both of whom were great to work with. Every team member from every trade worked well together and were all friendly and polite. I would have no problem recommending Krys Construction for any future renovation projects. They were on time, on budget, no surprises or hidden costs and quality of work and finishes very good.

Once we decided we wanted to finish our basement, we got a number of quotes from and met with different contractors. We decided to go with Krys and have no regrets. He and his team are well organized, efficient and meticulous in their work. The communication is excellent and there were no surprises. Best of all, they were on time and in budget. There was one minor hiccup but quick and painless to resolve with Krys. We have recommended Krys Construction to family and friends (who were equally impressed with the quality of work). Sincere thanks for making this a positive and pleasant experience, let alone in the middle of the pandemic!

This review comes a bit late but we wanted to give Krys construction the credit they deserve. We completely gutted and renovated our master ensuite and main bath, moved walls to build a walk-in closet and had hardwood installed on the second floor. From the beginning, we appreciated Krys’ quiet confidence and “can do” approach. His team were friendly, easy to deal with and most importantly, great at their trades. Paulina kept us on schedule and was a pleasure to deal with. She thought of every tiny detail and wanted to ensure the end product would be to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the quality of the final product and are enjoying our new spaces every day. As with all renos, there were a few hiccups but it was the way Krys handled these issues that sets him apart. He was accommodating, professional, reasonable and his answer was always “no problem”. We have had some terribly bad experiences with contractors in the past. We are very pleased and relieved to have found one we can rely on. We would not hesitate to hire Krys Construction again or recommend this company to others.
