We hired Krys Construction for a basement renovation.   We had never done such a large renovation project and hiring Krys Construction made all the difference.  The project was completed on time with minimal disruptions.   Krys Construction is a “well oiled” company.   Krys kept a very close eye on the project and was always available for a call.  Thank you to Krys and the crews that worked on our basement! They did quality work and were friendly, respectful and very tidy.   What stood out the most was how proud everyone was of their work and the respect they had for each other. A huge thank you to Paulina! Her advice, organization skills, patience, and sense of humour helped keep us on track. We highly recommend hiring Krys Construction!

Amazing experience end to end with Krys and team. Starting with a beautiful project plan that was closely adhered to, to the detailed and meticulous execution - they are the team you want for your project. Our ask was to help ensure that our basement had a consistent look and feel to the rest of our home and to try to make it not feel like a basement. Krys fully understood our requirements and brought our vision and design to life. Krys and Paulina provided timely feedback and responses to our questions and concerns. No surprises as other reviewers have also mentioned. Thank you Krys and team, of professionals (all artists in their area of expertise), for delivering an excellent client experience. We absolutely love our new space!

Krys & his crew were amazing from get go. They followed the schedule to the T and were on time & on budget in finishing our basement. Paulina, his project manager is super organized and helped us find the right vendors & finishes for our project. She’s super patient & was always available to answer our questions (there were tons of them!!) or tackle any issues. I liked that Krys doesn’t scope creep and there were no hidden costs. Right from the framing guys, to drywall, electrical till the last people finishing the job were all very courteous, polite and helpful with suggestions. This was our first major renovation in the house & we couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. Krys was not the cheapest contractor around, but the quality of their work is top notch and speaks for itself. They even take care of getting a cleaning lady & duct cleaning at the end of the project so that we get a clean basement at the end of it. Overall, we are very happy with Krys construction & how they recreated the basement we hoped for!

Your search ends here!! I have know Krys from 8 years ago when he did the framework for my basement in my old house. Now when we wanted our basement done again, it was going to be no one but Krys Construction. Krys and his team finished our basement and renovated 2 upstairs showers for us this past summer. I cannot begin to say all the good things about Krys and his wonderful team. I would never get anything done from anyone else but Krys. Krys is a trustworthy and honest guy, and these types of people are hard to find. Each and every one was a joy to work with, and the quality was expectational. Krys and his team took the time to explain everything to us and were very patient. I really liked that the fact that the team loves what they do and each and everyone takes pride in there speciality. We totally love our new space and it turned out better than the upstairs of the house. Paulina thanks for being on top of everything and being so patient with me and keeping up with daily emails, phone calls and companies. I know its not a easy task, but you manage wonderfully. Krys I will be calling you again for future projects!! Thanks for everything guys!!! Wish there were more people like you out there!!

We had our basement finished early this summer and are so happy with the results. I love going down and having the children play in their new playroom and the laundry area is fantastic! Krys was great with giving a detailed quote and helped us stay within our budget. The entire team were just amazing, from their workmanship to their professionalism. Krys and his team was amazing! Krys was referred by my neighbours and I have seen his work, so I had some expectations, but it was much more pleasant and painless. His estimate is reasonable and if you breakdown what's included, it was competitive. Krys was very quick in responding to my questions and requests. He was very accomodating and flexible. His team was fantastic and we were very happy with their workmanship. They definately knew what they were doing and they were so easy to work with. There was a reason why he did several renos on my street!

Krys and his team were amazing. From the start, they were very accommodating to our specific needs and redesigned a few times to meet our expectations. We were really impressed with every team that Krys had as part of his project. I couldn't say enough about the quality and their timing and excellent service by each and every one of them. After meeting with and reviewing quotes from Krys Construction and 3 other construction companies we chose Krys and his amazing team to renovate our large master bathroom. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive but, in our opinion, they were the best. Our space was taken back to the studs and totally rebuilt including a beautiful shower. All the trades that worked with Krys were punctual, clean, skilled and pleasant to work with. And, they liked and respected each other. We were very impressed with their communication and workmanship. Paulina kept everyone on track and always told us when and why one of the team was coming by. And, best of all, they would show up on time and complete the tasks necessary. Paulina provided us with a calendar indicating what supplies were needed from us, who was coming to our home to work and what job they would be doing. This organization and communication allowed us to have everything the team needed at the time they needed it. This organization kept the job moving forward and pretty much on time and on budget. Krys and his team did a fantastic job and we are looking forward to having them back again for our next renovation.
