They say if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. Thank goodness we went together with Krys and his entire team! When we started to turn a renovation dream into a contractor search and plan, we got a little lost. We had a variable scope, budget, and timeframe. The only thing that grounded our concept was that we needed to find a contractor who could work with us - someone who would place equal effort on the management of us and the project itself. As we met Krys and continued to chat over the course of nearly a year before the project began, he was consistently patient and dependable. Krys didnt pressure us for decisions, and he was entirely reasonable and fair in detailing how our scope change resulted in a quote change. He was very transparent, honest, and responsive. In short, even before the work began, he had demonstrated why we had heard such good things about him and why he was referred to us in such high regard. Once we confirmed our project and kicked it off, the entire process ran like clockwork. We had a project plan that detailed who would be on site, doing what, and what decisions and orders were required by when to deliver that specific milestone. As we did our part, Krys and team absolutely did theirs! The project ran on time, and thats saying a lot for a 12 week project! As for the team Krys brought to the project, they were absolute all-stars. Paulina kept us informed, on track, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. She made time to connect with us whenever we needed, and she was a joy to simply talk to - even after our project questions were answered. As the work continued, we got to know other members of Krys close-knit team, from Wojtek (who did an incredible job on our stairs and floors), to Intong (who's expertise and passion showed in all his electrical work). In all, should we ever have a home project to do, Krys will be the one were calling.

Krys and his crew were friendly and professional. At the beginning of the project the provided a schedule and stuck to it and finished the job on time. Every contractor that visited was easy to work with and respectful of my home and family. Every detail was accounted for and I was able to provide feedback and asked for my preferences along the way. I highly recommend Krys Construction for any renovation.

Krys team was excellent, clean efficient and respectful of our home. We did a complete basement renovation which included a 2pc. bathroom and Family Room. The project came in ahead of time and most importantly on budget. I would not hesitate to use them again on any new renovation project in the future. I highly recommend them. His team enjoys working for him and it shows in their attitude towards the work they do. This is my second project experience with Krys and his team. They completely renovated my basement years ago and friends and family still rave about it. This time was my master bathroom renovation. Now completely opened up and bright versus closed in and dark and out of style. Image with closed shower and brown walls is before. White and black images are after. Krys and his team are excellent to deal with. Friendly, on time, and everything planned out by week for quick and well organized scheduling. Would certainly recommend Krys and his team for any project.
