    backwater drain and copper water pipe to city

    Excellent service, fast, clean and respectful. Had a permit issue regarding my backwater flood protection valve. Vitali was very helpful, patient and accommodating through the process. When things finally got cleared up he sent his crew the same day to finish the job and give us our basement back. Very experienced and helpful during a problematic situation.

    Instillation of a backwater valve and a dump pump in a basement

    Vitaly came immediately when I told him we had water flooding into the basement . He helped my husband with emergency measures and then came back with his team the next day and installed a sump pump Later that week he installed the backwater valve in the garden . Vitaly and his team arrived on time were courteous did a good job and cleaned up when they finished . We were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company .

    Back Water Valve And Root cleaning of Main Drain

    Vitaliy was referred by my regular plummer, so I took a chance. I couldn't imagine the process going more smoothly, all on the phone. He obtained the permit, made me aware of the day to do the work, completed the job, then arrived to do the paper work for the city rebate. First rain my drain backed up, so I called the city to check it out. They said there are roots on city property and on my side. They cleaned out their side then Vitaliy came back and cleaned my side - no charge!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!

    Front yard Drain Repair

    Vitaly and his workers were quick to show up after our drains were obviously clogged. They were very polite, and quickly diagnosed the issue and had a temporary fix for us. They followed up in short order, replacing a collapsed sewage pipe with a new pipe and backflow valve. The workers were quick and cleaned up the site leaving everything as if there were no issue to begin with. Overall, we're very happy with the work done and would recommend Vitaly and Master Drain & Water Works.

    Great Work and Amazing Service

    Back in fall 2016 we used vitaly to replace some lead water pipes in our home as well as a backwater valve. He was very knowledgable and pleasant and we were so pleased with his work. His quote was by far the most reasonable one we received. We have, and will continue, to recommend Master Drain and Vitaly to all of our family and friends. Thanks Vitaly for your work at our place!

    Drains from the city into the house

    Vitaly from MasterDrain has helped me with repairs to the drain system at my property on several occasions over the past 4 years. Every time his work was excellent in every respect. Most of what helped was his clear explanation of what needed to be done and the reasons why. The property is an older house that I was planning to sell and I was trying to economize with what work needed to be done. I didn't sell immediately and, needless to say, I eventually had to do the work that Vitaly had recommended. So the moral is - listen to what Vitaly recommends. Vitaly is prompt, professional and all around does excellent work.

    Drain pipe replacement

    I had an issue with tree roots blocking the drain pipe outside of my house, unfortunately it was on my property and not the city so I knew I was going to have to cover the costs. Worried that I might have to spend an arm and a leg to fix this issue, I asked a few different people if they knew a plumber. I was givin a phone number. Vitaliy answered the phone. He has at my house in a few hours to scope the drain to find out exactly where the blockage was. I was able to leave it because there still was flow through the pipe. Vitaliy came back the next day with his crew to fix the pipe. Locates done( gas line) and ready to dig they got right to work. They were at my house at 9am and cleaned up and gone by 130pm. They were professional, knowledgable and clean throughout the job. Accommodating because I did not want a massive hole dug in my lawn so they hand dug everything. Overall I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. Job done right, job done fast and didn't cost me a lot. Thanks Vitaliy.

    Back water valve

    Vitaly and his team installed back water valve in my basement. The whole crew was professional, polite and efficient. The process took several hours, inspector approved their job right away. The basement was left in perfect clean condition. I would definitely call this company again if I have any problems with drain.

    Broken clay drain pipe in laundry room

    My brother-in-law recommended that I use Master Drain & Water Works to fix my drain pipe in my laundry room. It was broken, water came up under my washing machine, called Vitaliy on the Friday, he was at my door 9am on the Saturday made the diagnosis took the time to explain what was wrong and what work has to be done. He told me if I like he can have the drain repaired on Wednesday. They showed up at 10:00am on Wednesday March 1st. as promised. By 1:30pm the drain was fixed, they laid drop cloth from my door all the way to the laundry room, sheets of plastic was hung in the laundry room to contain the dust when the workers broke the concrete to get at the pipe. Once the work was completed the guys cleaned up nicely even mopping the floor. I was very pleased with the workmanship, I would recommend Master Drain & Water Works to anyone who has a Master Drain & Water Works to me and I was happy to pass on his number to my neighbor who noticed his vehicle in my driveway and mentioned he has a water leak in his basement. They are also reasonably price. Keep the good work up. Jackie

    Snaking and installation of backwater valve.

    I experienced sewage backup and called a local plumber, who could not help as he was understaffed. I remembered using a plumber Vitaliy in the past and found his number called his company. Even though Vitaliy was overwhelmed with work, he said that he would do whatever he could to help me in my emergency situation. Within two hours a plumber arrived, accessed the situation and snaked my drain. I requested a call from Vitaliy and he and I discussed backwater valves and I agreed to purchase it. Vitaliy helped with the city permit, inspection and Subsidy Program. The installation and cleanup was completed within 3 working days and I am happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
