    New water line

    They changed my water line to 3/4 inch copper. The workers are very professional. Well manner and courteous. The job was very nicely done at a very reasonable price. i would strongly recommand to all my friends!! One of the best Contractor we ever used.

    Water back value instillation

    Vitality and his crew did the back water valve in my house and were awesome! They did it in 24 hrs and well exceeded my expectations. Also, Vitaliy was up front and very personal so there were no surprises. Thank you Vitaliy and your crew.

    Drain repair

    Had to get a major drain pipe changed, and called half the city for reasonable quotes. Then Master Drain gave me one of the lowest quotes, and very straight-forward with what I should expect. They were very friendly, and had the work done within 2 days (was supposed to take up to a week). Would definitely recommend! Very competitive pricing too.

    Backwater Valve Installation/Clay Pipe Replacement

    Vitaly and his team were great, efficient, tidy, kept me fully engaged during the entire job; just a great group of guys. Overall awesome experience, it was wonderful having them complete this work.

    Lead water main replacement

    We required our lead water main be replaced to 3/4" copper coming into the house. Vitaly and the Master Drain team provided a quick, clean and efficient job. They showed up promptly in the morning and effectively completed the job within a few hours. The city had no record of replacing their side of the water main, but the team were quick to identify that it had actually been replaced! Very pleased with the professionalism of Master Drain. Thank you.

    Increase size of water intake

    Vitaly quoted the job to increase the size of main water from the city to .75 inches from 1/2 pipe about 3 weeks earlier. I finally got back to him and within a few days they were scheduled. They showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done in a day, despite having a hard time locating the city's main shutoff to my house. They were careful to not make a mess and cleaned up after they were done. Very happy with the work they did.

    Sewer Kings !!! :-)

    These guys are awesome.!! Had a serious problem with my home. Over 40 year House and I have a major block in both the sewer and storm drains. Completely blocked !! Your man came in..used the best technology,,,diagnosed the issue, quoted in the spot and kept to his word.... ! :-) Job done... I had no water for 3 weeks and this company saved the day !!! Very professional.....Highly recommended. ! :-)

    Sewer Drain replacement and backflow valve installation

    This is the most efficient contractor I have ever come across. Vitaliy and his team not only completed the work they said they would but they did it within the time frame they gave me. I received a quote on a Monday morning, they started on Wednesday, and finished the following (holiday) Monday. That's right, they worked through the long weekend. They replaced my crumbling sewer drain from the main stack in my house, all the way to the city property line and installed a backflow valve. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner, but they worked within the constraints of a basement renovation. I will be hiring these guys again to fix the storm drain in my driveway. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great drain contractor who is not only flexible but also reasonably priced!

    Clogged Floor Drain

    I had a blocked floor drain in the basement and Vitaliy came by and assessed the problem. The next day he had someone at my house and the clog was taken care of. Thank you so much, Vitaliy. Great job!

    Sewage pipe replacement

    We had sewage backup and were referred to Master Works by a plumber. Vitaliy came the same day, quickly identified the problem and had the crew on site next day. They did a great job and were great to deal with.
