    Dependable, great quality at great price

    Before I called Master Drain and Water Works company I had been through 3 or 4 plumbers/companies looking to clean a very narrow section of the pipe which cased my shower back up and sent dirty water from the washing machine to the shower. Master Drain and Water were the 1st who fixed it. They were very prompt, flexible with the time and arrived on time. The work was done, water flow is perfect. The plumber also looked at the other pipe connection, tested all the drains and gave me good advice on the potential problems. I would highly recommend Master Drain and Water Works.

    Sewer pipe & drain replacement, etc.

    I was having problems with my drain. Vitaliy of Master Drain & Water Works, returned my call in very short order, arrived when he said he would, completed the job according to the estimate he provided, and ensured that the workmen completed all tasks, including cleaning up the job site. His workmen were professional and very considerate of me and my home. I also appreciated his making me aware of rebates that I might otherwise not have been able to take advantage of.     Lead Pipe Replacement and Back Water Valve

    Vitaliy and his crew were excellent. We had them remove our lead water pipe and install a back water valve. The work was excellent, unintrusive (which is amazing as it was a big job) and they left everything super clear. I would recommend Master Drain & Water Works to others.

    Fast, Affordable & Efficient

    I had a sewage drain issue on a Sunday morning and called Master Drain & Water Works. Vitaliy who was able to come over and use video imaging equipment to quickly identify the cause of the problem. The next day, the team came to fix the sewage line and add a backwater valve. The work was completed within 2 days, no mess and very well priced. Vitaliy took care of required permit, inspection, and all of the paperwork to receive the City's Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program. Highly Recommended!

    Outside drain work

    Professional and speedy work...they were able to do the work right away....This is the second time I've used this company and I've been pleased both times. Competitive rates as well.

    Water main replacement

    I came home from vacation to find no water pressure at home because water main pipe was leaking outside of my home and it was installed incorrectly by my first plumber from another company. Master Drain & Water Works came in next day as promised, did the job as promised, installed new main correctly by going lower below foundation and what was impressive was it was all done in one day and all done in super clean way that old school plumbers dont care to do. Everything was protected inside my bsmnt from dust for digging and when they left I had no job of any kind/construction cleaning to do - Because it was all done professionally and as clean as it is possible on such a big job. Great service that did not leave me with extra jobs to do around the house.

    Bathroom Renovation

    We had a renovation done originally 5 years ago on our basement bathroom and recently started to notice some water damage on the walls. Vitaliy of Master Drain & Water Works was able to diagnose a number of problems with the original work, get to the bottom of our problems, and correct them quickly and effectively. He was very easy to work with and listened to our concerns carefully before investigating using his underground video equipment. We are very pleased with the results and are happy to recommend him and his team without reservation.

    Back water flow valve & Sump Pump

    I bought a house in a part of Etobicoke that had been previously flooded and I required proper protection. Vitaliy arrived on schedule - and with his experience and remote detection equipment, he accurately located the best locations in the professionally finished basement. His team worked as cleanly as possible considering the wet muck they had to contend with. They also neatly disassembled the laminate and tile flooring so as to allow a proper finished look. Vitaliy also answered my questions in a clear fashion and took my suggestions into consideration for an excellent outcome.

    Quick and efficient

    We called Vitaly one evening when he was 3 minutes from home, he turned around and drove to our house to give us a quote. His workers started the next morning and fixed our sewage line, and added a backwater valve. The next day his workers came, put in a sump pump and filled up the hole. The work was quick, clean and very well priced. He set up our rebate from the city so although the work cost $5000 it will only cost $2000 in the end. Thank you Vitaly for being so quick, efficient and friendly!

    drain pipes

    I had flooding in my basement three times in 18 months. Twice plumbers came out and said they had fixed the problem. The third time Vitaly came out and reassured me right away by explaining clearly what the alternatives were, how I could do a quick temporary fix or a bigger job, and at no point did I feel pressured to spend more money than I needed to. His guys came when they said they would - unheard of in this business - left when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves so neatly that I looked at my dug-up garden afterwards and couldn't see where they had worked! I'm totally thrilled by the job they did, and would recommend them to anyone.
