    Sump Pump Installation

    After my basement flooded, Master Drain & Water Works did a great job repaired everything quickly. After that, Vitaliy suggested to install the sump pump in the basement to minimize damage and flooding in the future. Thanks for his great customer service skills and excellent responds for the job. I recommended people to hire Vitaliy to repair if emergency happened. He provides excellent solutions when sewage backup problem begins until the end.

    Back Flow Repair

    I had my sewage blocked which flooded my basement last week. I called Vitaliy and he handled the job well in a professional manner. He quickly identified the problem and fix everything in a day. He also helped me get the rebate from the city. He further communicate with the City of Toronto with the remaining problem belongs to the part of the City's. They send a whole crew to further remove the blockage in the part which belongs to the city's sewage system. Thank you for the excellent job. I appreciate everything was fixed professionally and quickly. I also thanks for the City of Toronto for the excellent job they've done.

    Basement drain + backflow

    Team got to work right away - found all the issues and fixed them. Done in 2 days! Kept the mess to a minimum and did a nice job finishing the concrete. Included replacing basement drain, replacing section of main drain, digging and replacing a section in the front yard and adding a back flow valve.

    Repair Main Drain, Install Backup Valve

    My drain had backed up into my basement. I had had another plumber come and inspect it with his camera but decided not to have him do the work. I called Vitalij and asked if he could give me an estimate over the phone based on what the first plumber had told me. He was agreeable to that and gave me an estimate and he honoured that estimate. Walter came and did the work. He was very fast - digging up my front yard in the cold, and doing the repair and installation in less than four hours! We were very impressed. Vitalij organized the gas company to come and tell where the gas lines were before the work began, and arranged for the city inspector to come two days later. Walter was here to meet him, and the next day Walter came back and filled in the hole, cleaned up my yard and driveway and it was immaculate. You would never know anyone had done work there. The paperwork for the city rebate was all filled in and I just had to check it over and send it in. I never had to worry about anything from start to finish. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them - in fact I have already passed their information on to a friend looking for a good plumber.

    Basement drainage repair

    I had a basement drain backup, Vitaly was there the same day to investigate the problem. He ran the camera and identified the issue and gave a prompt quote for excavation, removal/disposal of old concrete, removal of old drain pipe, installation of ~5' of pipe, backfill and concrete. His price was reasonable and he completed the work right away and was finished in a day. He also cleaned up the area well after the work was completed. Definitely recommend.

    Drain ,back water valve installed

    The crew arrived on time and worked very hard to complete the job in an 80 year old home. We were pleased with the work done. The work area was left in good condition

    flood

    My daughter had a fantastic experience with Vitaliy . We needed a plumber in a hurry and I called him. Within hours he and his team arrived. They fixed the plumbing issue that included a lot of digging. they did a great job in cutting into my hardwood floor. He also installed the back flow preventer. On time, the right price, great clean up. We had to call him again for a friend and once again the same prompt service. Good work Master drain !

    Accurate estimat, professional work

    Vitaliy and his team were accurate, trustworthy, and professional. Faced with repeatedly clearing roots from a broken down old clay drain under a 1920's house in Toronto, our trusty plumber recommended Vitaliy to replace the drains with new ones, inside and outside the house. That plumber said that he recommends Vitaliy and never heard any of his clients complain, so that was a good recommendation. That convinced us to take the chance and we were not disappointed. Vitaliy produced a quote quickly then delivered exactly what he promised. - He said 5 days and it took 5 days. - The invoice had no surprises. He had to do a little extra work that was unplanned yet he took responsibility for it and did not charge extra. - Digging ditches is dirty work, the mess was reasonably cleaned up and the house was not messed up. - We trusted him with the keys to the house and nothing was touched. - Vitaliy gave us advice on how to anticipate possible future foundation underpinning work by taking the drains as deep as he could without compromising their function. After the work was done, a family member in the construction business inspected the final result and said it looks like what he would want it to look like: professional. If you need drain work done well and on time, call Vitaliy and his team.

    Back flow valve, sump pump, foundation drain, main drain

    Vitaliy and his crews did wonders to solve the problems in my 100 year old house. Used torpedo to avoid major damage to basement floor when replacing the broken clay pipes with plastic. Together with sump pump , foundation perimeter drain sister and back flow valve, I feel my house can survive a flood of biblical proportions!!!

    Prompt, Efficient, Clean and Friendly - Great Job!

    I can't recommend Drainworks enough. Because we didn't replace our aging drain the first time it clogged (as they recommended), we have used their services more than once and have worked with Jim, Matt and Armando. All were pleasant and professional to deal with. They have unclogged our drain, used the camera, and eventually dug down and replaced the old outside trap as well as all of the outside drain line to the city services. All work was quoted in writing before beginning and completed within estimated timelines, with very fair pricing and guarantees. They gave clear and balanced advice, and for the large job, collected a small deposit and the majority of the payment after the completion of the work. They come quickly, deal with the problem, and tidy up beautifully - inside and out. Misha's crew did a remarkable job of replacing the garden that they had to dig up - even keeping the top soil separate from the clay below and replacing it in that manner. A top notch job!
