    Sump pump

    Recently my sump pump started malfunctioning and I am glad to find Drain & Water Works.Excellent customer service, prompt response and professional team.Same day they came to my place and most importantly fix the issue without replacing the sump pump.Now everything is working well at my end.I highly recommend others as well

    Plumbing Issue

    Vitaliy and his team are experts at what they do. My plumbing problem was swiftly diagnosed and options were provided to me, all at a great price. Any questions I had were answered promptly. My plumbing was fixed much quicker than I had expected. The quality of service is simply phenomenal. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Thanks alot!

    Clogged main drain

    Vitaly was prompt, honest and straightforward. The price was reasonable and the work done effectively. We went for the quick fix this time but will do bigger project in the nearest future with the same company.

    Snake main sewer line

    I called Master Drain and Water Works during the holidays when I had water coming out of my basement floor drain. Vitaliy worked around my busy schedule and arrived at a time that was convenient for me. The job turned out to be greater than expected but he completed the work efficiently and at the price he originally quoted. Vitaliy answered all my questions and he was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Master Drain & Water Works.

    Backflow water valve

    Vitaly and his crew are complete professionals. I highly recommend using Master Drain & Water Works. They made it very easy to work with them (by applying for city permits) and Vitaly clearly explained and assessed my home. The job was completed fast and efficient. Their quality of work is top notch. Thank you Vitaly I look forward to working with you again.

    Water pipe replacement

    Vitaly and his team did a good job replacing my water supply pipe which developed an underground leak between water meter and city's mainline. Despite difficult weather (early bout of winter cold) and unforeseen problems (big rock underground) they completed the project quite fast and with good quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

    Basement drain

    Had a back up in my basement. Master Drain came by the same day I called. Identified the problem (correctly). Showed up and fixed everything at the agreed upon time and at the quoted price. No surprises. Very courteous, efficient, clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vitali to my friends.

    Drain Emergency

    I have used the services of Master Drain & Water Works twice now and I am very happy with the results. My home's main drain was partially plugged with tree roots. The options were explained and I learned a lot watching the monitor with drain camera, followed by the use of a drain snake auger to cut the roots. Vitaliy snaked the main drain, then used the camera again to check for thoroughness, then used a different sized cutting end to finalize the clean up of the main drain. Vitaliy was friendly, and careful to keep the area clean despite the waste water and odors. It was an unpleasant job because of the waste and smells. He was also very informative and practical. This is something I really appreciate. For the near future, he has prevented the backflow of waste water. I recommend Vitaliy and his company. 5 out of 5 stars.

    Backwater valve and sump pump

    We needed a backwater valve for insurance coverage. Vitali took the time to talk about the issues and to recommend how to address the issue. The workers were courteous and did a good job. Vitali calls you back right away and arrives when he says he will.

    Water service and drain replacement

    Water service from city line was replaced 1/2 to 3/4. In house (under floor) drain system system was replaced, back flow valve was installed. All job was done well. Recommend.
