Extremely pleased with Master Drain and Water Works and specifically Vitaliy. He took the time to explain the job to myself and my wife and provided us with more than one option. I'm very unlucky in a sense that the malfunctioning sump pump and the sump pump "pit" with holes caused flood in my basement, which cost me a fortune to fix almost everything in the basement. But I'm lucky to find a contractor like Vitaliy. Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Also his price is more than reasonable. During the installation process, an unexpected problem was identified, which solved my puzzle why the basement got flooded. Instead of just dumping the new sump pump there, they fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable fee for the additional work. Very easy to work with and over a good person. Highly recommended.

we had a great experience they were on time and gave us no trouble at all. before they came here we had very low water pressure and if we were using the washing machine or using the shower we could not use the sink thanks to master Drain we are now able to do all 3 things at once and have amazing water pressure

My neighbour and I both had floods in our basements after the heavy rain in Toronto last Thursday. I phoned Vitaliy from "Master Drain & Water Works" since his company was recommended to me by another neighbour. Vitaliy came to assess the premises on the same day and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained our options, the procedure required, and gave me a reasonable quote. The work included removing the cement steps in front of the house, doing extensive excavation and replacing the sewage trap. On the following day, he and his crew arrived early and worked diligently for three days. Both my neighbour and I were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the work was carried out. The nature of the work required a lot of excavation and it was hard to believe that our two front yards would ever look the same after that. However, the premises were clean and immaculate afterwards. Vitaliy was always available to answer additional questions regarding the tree root intrusion that caused our problem, drains and plumbing in general, and I greatly appreciate his professional manner, knowledge and expertise. After the stress of dealing with the flood and all the damage that it caused, it was a relief to have this work done by "Master Drain & Water Works" in such stress-free manner. I plan to have an annual video camera inspection done regularly by this company and I highly recommend their services!

Very courteous, timely and clean service. Knows what he is doing and does not waste any time. A real professional star in the sea of "contractor" clowns. A breath of fresh air.

We got sewer problem - water was coming into the basement after using toilet and sinks. Vitaliy's response was quick - he came next day. (It was not really an emergency, as we managed to use it without overloading the system). Vitaliy analysed the problem with camera, and it was a LOT of roots inside the ceramic drain system. Our house is about 30 years old and drain was never cleaned. Using "snake" Vitaliy cleaned the drain, checked with camera and cleaned again. It took him about 1 hr and 30 minutes to finish. We were able to use the system right after the job was done. I would recommend his service to anyone.

I saw Vitaliy's truck outside a neighbour's house. I asked the workers if they were in the process of changing lead pipes for the home owners and they said that this is what they were doing. They seemed to be working neatly and efficiently and later that evening my neighbour was planting flowers in his front yard - so the job was clearly finished in one day. I asked Vitaliy to do the same work for my house and was not disappointed. He visited my home, gave me a quote (which was reasonable) and his team came to do the work two days later. They were neat, polite and efficient. Our pipes were changed and we noticed a substantial difference in our water pressure. I would recommend Vitaliy's team to others.

I needed to replace the lead water service to my house and after checking with the city contractor, I received a much better quote from Master Drain. Vitaly was very professional, and the job was done within a week of first contact. His crew were great. They arrived on time, went straight to work, and by the time they were finished, you would have never known they were there. I will strongly recommend using Vitaly to my family and friends.

We hired Drain works to come in to figure out why our house had been flooded in Dec. We thought that it was something to do with our drain that runs inside the walls of the house to direct rainwater from the 3 floor roof to the drain in the basement. I called friday...The owner I spoke to, who was very helpful, said someone would call back in 10 minutes to book the appt. They did call back in 10 minutes and booked the appt. for the following monday. Someone called from the company to remind us of the appt before they came. Armando was the representative that came to our house. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and proceeded to scope the drains and pipes under our basement floor and within 1/2 a hour had isolated the problem. He came up with a plan to remediate the drainage issue and said they could start on Thurs. They came on Thurs and went to work. The staff were extremely polite and efficient. They all wore shoe covers in our house and put plastic over everything to protect it from cement dust. The work was done very quickly...they dug out the pipes under the cement floor and replaced the pipes with new PVC ones. By Fri they were cementing in the areas in the cement floor that they had to break into to get to the pipes and cleaning up the back yard where they had to excavate the pipes. Misha, the head guy, was so knowledgable and pleasant. Misha also put in new plumbing pipes under our third floor deck. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. They were clear about what had to be done...they came in a did it with minimal disruption and when they left everything was just as it was before they came. I feel 100% confident in their work and would highly recommend them for any plumbing or drainage issue. Thank you very much Armando, Misha and all the other staff for making this a painless experience. The prices were fair as well.

I can't say enough about the quality job Vitaliy and his team did installing my backwater valve. They were prompt, willing to stay until the job was complete to get finished in 1 day. They definitely displayed top workmanship and it was obvious they had extensive experience and took pride in their work. I am extremely happy with the finished product and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you so much Vitaliy
