    Furnace and AC installation

    We did our due diligence and research before we chose a trusted company to install our furnace and AC. We ended up choosing JPS in the end for a number of reasons and would highly recommend JPS Furnace and Air Conditioning. Nobody comes close to the Comfort Club 12 year extended maintenance package that is offered with JPS. Also, the Daikin furnace/AC warranty is industry leading (12 year) and competitive pricing. Our 50 year old four level split house presented some challenges for new furnace and ac installation. JPS made sure that they did everything they could do to ensure our expectations were met. Emilio and Tom showed up promptly and right on time and went to work for two days. Two new air return vents also presented a problem, Emilio pushed through with no complaints. Very happy with the installation result. The company has already reached out to us to ensure we are satisfied. It is comforting to know that we are covered for the next 12 years for maintenance. All this at a very competitive price.

    Furnace reapair

    On Christmas Eve, my mother's furnace broke down and required a new motor. As it was late afternoon, we were not hopeful that anyone would want to make a house call. JPS responded to our call right away and were at the house within the hour. The technician, Jin, was remarkable. Unfortunately, because of the age of the furnace (55 years), he was not able to simply replace the motor - he had to modify the mounting shelf to install a different motor and get the furnace working. What should have been a 20 minute job, took him over 2 hours. He was polite, obviously knowledgeable, and more than willing to ensure we received top service - despite the fact that his family was waiting at home to begin Christmas celebrations. My mother, who is 88 years old and lives on her own, called him her Christmas miracle. Thank you Jin and JPS for the fantastic service.

    New Furnace & Hot Water Tank

    James and his team are so friendly and professional. They did an amazing install and have been so thorough in their work. I would highly recommend their services. This company definitely knows what superior customer service is, and they demonstrate this incredibly well. So impressed!!

    Air Conditioner

    WOW! The service provided to us by Emilio was by far one of the best we have ever received. Not only was Emilio a terrific installer, Chad came by to introduce himself and check with Emilio that all was going as planned. A special thanks to Mike and his team.     Air conditioner installation

    JPS did a very thorough and professional job installing our air conditioner unit. They provided us with many options and were flexible with installation and meeting dates. We're excited for the hot weather in Calgary because we know our AC will be a huge hit in our house. Would definitely recommend this company.

    Furnace replaced

    Our 16 old furnace was in need of replacement and gave up the Furnace gave up the ghost on the weekend. jPS technician checked it out and had owner come by within 2 hours. James was exceptionally professional and gave a full explanation of the job. He was clear, concise, & detailed. The JPS quote was reasonable. JPS replaced the furnace next day & the customer service and follow up can't be beat. No high pressure sales. I would highly recommend JPS. I had already lined up another large Furnance company to come before JPS, they kept pushing the time back several times, JPS took my needs much more seriously.

    Replace furnace

    I called out several companies when our old furnace needing replacing. James was the most professional and gave the best explanation of the job. He was clear and concise, and very detailed. His quote was reasonable, the timeline to replace the furnace was amazing, and the customer service and follow up can't be beat. I would very highly recommend this company, and I will use them again for any other home heating or cooling needs.

    Furnace

    Last year (Sept 2014) JPS Home Heating installed our new Goodman furnace. The furnace has been working great, and our energy bills are definitely lower. JPS provided a very good price, did a good installation, and they were prompt and professional. We spent a lot of time researching furnaces and getting quotes from other companies before we decided to go with JPS, and we don’t regret that decision; we would have no problems recommending them for furnace replacement.

    Service

    We hired JPS Home Heating to replace our Furnace and air conditioner.Prices were higher than others but with the service and quality we got, i feel like it was well worth our money. I would definetly use them again!
