JPS did a fantastic job with our install and exceeded my already high standards and expectations. Our project consisted of a full mechanical room refresh with intelligent and high-efficiency equipment. JPS installed the Diakin DM97MC modulating furnace and the Daikin Fit modulating AC. This equipment is impressive enough on its own, but it was the installation that really blew me away.
Anybody can claim great service and a professional installation, but when it comes down to it, an HVAC company is really only as good as the guy they send out on the day of the install. JPS must have the best, or one of the best, installers around. Every detail was considered. No short cuts were taken regardless of the challanges presented. The finished installation is a showcase of the technology and of their capabilities.
I've had 3 furnaces installed at various properties in the past 5 years. JPS didn't just do a better job, they make their competition look silly. The competitors aren't even playing the same game, and these were reputable and large companies. I know what a bad installation looks like and now I now what it looks like when done properly.
The service is fantastic as well. From sales through delivery and their comfort club, there is always clear communication and dilligent follow up.
