The technician was great. He repaired and explained the humidifier problem and installed the water saver. As members of the JPS Care Club we are very pleased with the service we receive.

Our new Daikin two stage furnace was installed in August. The installation went very well. We were most satisfied with the quality of the install. We, however, find our new two stage furnace to be much noisier than our old one. The external exhaust is also very noisy. The technician who came today, Sullly, was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained to us that two stage furnaces are by definition noisy (which I had learned by searching the internet) but he was able to reduce the blower fan a bit to reduce the noise somewhat. He was very personable and people friendly. We were very happy with our service visit. It was a warranty visit so no charge.

This individual was outstanding in explaining everything about purchasing a Furnace and Air Cond Pkg. Each step was explained in detail without any sales pressure to buy. Customer service at its best. No surprises or any hidden agenda. Upfront honest and respectful Excellent people person and wow so knowledgeable about the business and presentation.

We purchased a Daikin air conditioner from JPS in August. Our salesperson, Jay was friendly and professional. He did a great job of explaining the options and sizing the perfect air conditioner for our needs and budget. Once we made our decision our installation date was set the very next day. The installation crew arrived on time and were friendly and hard working. By the end of the day everything was completed and cleaned up. The air conditioner has been working flawlessly since then. They set up the city inspection which was promptly approved. We had a follow up question which was effectively addressed by the service manager. We would strongly recommend JPS!

Had JPS come to service our 2 furnaces and 1 AC unit. They gave us a detailed report and answered all our questions in terms we could understand. We were very happy with their work and invoice.

Our air conditioner didn't seem to be blowing as much air as it had in the past. We called JPS furnace & Air Conditioning, as some companies do not have techs that can service this type of unit. Abhi was so professional !!! He explained every step and showed me the work that needed to be done. He was very respectful of our home, leaving the work area clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and JPS !! Thank you ! The air conditioner is working perfect, and the price was completely reasonable!
