I found Aire One to be very unprofessional. Depending on who I was speaking to on the phone to price varied approx. $500. The person that installed the unit ran wires across our hot water line which is a hazard and we had to fix the problem ourselves.

Great service, and price was good considering we didn't have time to shop around in the middle of winter. Placed a call at 9 am and had service in by 11 who laid out the options for repair, and then new furnace was installed by the evening.

Our furnace stopped working this winter - we called Aire One - they were here in no time, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly, and were very professional about it. I felt they wanted to understand and fix the problem vs. make a quick buck. Would recommend these people!
