The service was amazing from Frank Roberts the home consultant to TJ the installer. (Hope I got his name right) The service was very professional, friendly and the installation was neat and clean. My hubby called the Hamilton office many times to ask questions before and after the job was complete and they were very curteous, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them as I feel they went above and beyond our expectations. THANK YOU AIRE ONE.

2nd time using Aire One, and do not regret. Was given the quote and they were able to have the unit installed days later. Tech came on time did his work with no issues. Noticed cold air was not getting to the upstairs as well as before. Called up Aire One, they had a tech to the house the same day and made some adjustments at no charge. Excellent service would recommend.

The gentleman that came to my house was early which scores well with me. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know including how efficient the unit works etc. He was very nice and respectful, he cleaned up too! I will gladly tell my friends and colleagues about Aire One!

Right from the get go, my wife and I were quite impressed. Home comfort advisor Josh Helsdon is a very smooth operator, he is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach, and has been very good about returning messages and communications. Part of the reason we chose Aire One was price, but I also have to say dealing with Josh was another big factor. We had our new high efficiency York furnace and central air units installed on May 9, 2016. Our service tech, Wally, was very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable, providing very good answers and insights into questions that were thrown his way. His work ethic is obviously very good, and he made sure the job was completed, while also leaving no mess behind. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Overall, Josh and Wally, made this experience about as painless as it should be. Kudos to Aire One for hiring good people!

New install,furnace and a/c. Installation was prompt and efficient. The technician was very knowledge, professional and courteous. Answered all my silly questions and concerns. Cleaned up all debris in house and yard. Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend Aire One Hamilton. Good job Wally (technician).

To all those looking for Central air look no further! I've had several companies come into my home to do an assessment to see what kind of cooling unit I might need and none of them gave me as much information as A1. My rep Josh was very knowledgeable. He explained to me why I should go with a 2.5 ton unit of over a 3 ton unit to me that was huge because everyone was trying to sell me a larger more expensive one. And the pricing is very fair vs everyone else. So yes I would recommend A1 to everybody looking for a cooling system.

I gave them a call on Sunday morning and the customer representative said that some one will get back to me within 24 hrs. Not even 30 minutes after hanging up, the technician Yasir calls me and makes the appointment to come the very same day - that too being a Sunday. He comes and makes sure that my furnace is working. Needed to change Flame Sensor which he did not have with him at that moment so he came on Tuesday as they had to order the part on Monday to fix it. The furnace is working perfectly fine. He also gave me few tips to improve the life of my furnace.

Replaced Navian tank less water heater with a Rinnai unit (rental this time). We were very pleased with technician that did the install, he was very polite and knowledgeable. We would recommend Aire One to family & friends.

My husband and I are both very impressed with service we have received from AIRE ONE company . Our furnace quit ( again ) on Saturday and I called many companies , but they were closed or gave me earliest time for Tuesday to get an estimate . When I called Aire One sales representative Taylor came on Saturday afternoon . He gave us a few options for our system and explained each one so we could make the best decision . On Monday installers came in and our system was installed to a perfection and everything was left very tidy . We highly recommend this company as they truly care and do what is promised

Called Aire One after my outside AC unit stopped working. They had someone come out right away. Fast, friendly, professional service! I would highly recommend Aire One. Great experience, will definitely use Aire One again.
